Sick week is a lot of work for Derek and Jessica. Between the racing, switching from strip to street,repairs, maintenance, driving to the next track,and editing videos. It probably doesn't leave much time for a guy to sleep. As a viewer, I appreciate it. 👍
Yes I hope they have some time to enjoy it . Two of the hardest working folks out there .
They work their tail off and I hope that Derek and Jessica have time to enjoy it too because they definitely deserve it
They aren't switch from street to strip this year. They are running the same wheels and tires as at the track. But still alot of work.
It's not work when you're having fun doing what you love to do
I got no sympathy. Doing this is their job, what most would consider a vacation, they get paid for. I’m sure it beats the hell out of working flat rate, chasing OT and still not being able to afford drag racing, while also not getting sleep

Do you ever considered fixing someone car because I've been a mechanic ever since I was 15 and I gave my daughter a car when she was five and I had all considerations to fix that car up for her but now I'm disabled I've had this car the 2 or 3 people that has ripped me off my money and the car still isn't and I'm afraid I'm going to die before I get someone to fix the car for her so if you would consider fixing someone car before he dies so he could give it to his daughter

I still think it needs a wrap or some paint with a liberty bell on the deck lid and maybe the statue of liberty on the doors or vice-versa.
@@Hobodeluxe960 I can agree that Liberty needs a defining feature. The paint that is on it looks pretty good from behind a screen, but I think a subtle ghost mural or something like that with some fresh clear over it would be well received.
Liberty 🗽 could benefit from a defining feature like a wrap . And Derek said that VGG is keeping it around for a while, so they can change it up at will.

I was thinking about the same thing and I came to the conclusion that I would figure out a way to chip in with everyone and hire a guard or two overnight to walk these hotel parking lots.
When they're on these trips, they usually disable the engine some way or 'nuther.
@walter2990 ok.... but a mechanic would fogure it out in no time, and most of them traveling are mechanics

Almost nothing in this world sounds better than a big block chevy with a hot cam breathing through an awesome exhaust. Not to mention im a sucker for an obs but my favorite car in existence is a 70-72 chevelle. Love the channel and appreciate all the hard work.
