I peaked around 17 when i wasn't a skinny fat loser, and girls would regularly call me cute and handsome. This was just by being low bodyfat and some lean muscle. Regularly, I would get looked at.
Now im 20 years old and over 20 percent bodyfat with very little muscle. It's insane how this can destroy attraction. Im eager to get back in shape, and even better than last time!

Face is still more important than body. I would 100% choose a handsome guy without muscles than a muscular guy with an ugly/mid face. You cited Sean O'Pry, for me, he is godly handsome. I would choose him over Chris Hemsworth (whom I don't think is so facially attractive). If a guy has a very pretty face he could be quite slim. If you don't put on some muscle, you're gonna age badly and look like shit in your late twenties to early thirties. My theory is that muscle acts as a reservoir for proteins, so every time your body is under stress, it can tap into that ressource instead of breaking down collagen.
Good theory - I always noticed the people that aged best are the ones in the gym consistently (4 x 5 times per week, training over 20-30 yrs consistently). Muscle definitely adds an anti aging effect to the body

You need to take care of your hair, too, and it's worth applying such oils as for beards and combing with a boar bristle brush. It's also worth adding a bit about clothes - long hair is associated with metal music and, musical taste aside, if you dress like a guy from a black metal band it's not ok for most women either. But if you wear a white or solid-color t-shirt, jeans, athletic shoes, topped with some stylish jewelry and it can really work.

I bulked up and gained so much weight that am struggling now to build muscles
The thing that a lot of guys who juice up forget, is that there is a point of negative returns. Nor does mega-muscle look good on every face or frame. There might be a small% of women who fetishize it, but they are a small% of the female population. Part of that issue stems from competitive bodybuilding, which never set a line of "too much" when it came to size of definition which resulted in an arms race for an excess of both. I suppose classic physique has drawn the line on size, but not definition yet. Either way, those guys are still well beyond diminished returns in terms of the amount it takes for women to find a guy appealing. Lots of those guys get medical issues and die young too. Logically a guy shouldn't need drugs that will kill him young in order to appeal to women. I'd say enough muscle to look strong and healthy, and lean enough to see your abs is going to give a guy the highest% of interest. So, lift weights consistently with high effort, don't be fat, and you don't need steroids.
A lot of guys who are juicing have female gaze physiques thought. As I said there are plenty of dudes who juice and dont even look good. It is very very dificult to become too big even while juicing in terms of physique.

Girl here. This video gives good base level advice, but something I’ve realized as I’ve gotten older is that certain body styles just fit people differently. I’ve crushed on guys with many different body types and I feel like it just fits them and them changing it wouldn’t change the attraction much at all. Certain guys look good skinny and other guys look good with dad bods and others buff. As long as you are healthy and can do physical activities together (like hiking) then body doesn’t really matter too much. I’d say stick to what makes you feel more confident and you’ll find someone who appreciates you for you. That’s just my opinion
Luckily for me, I can actually pull off the pretty boy aesthetic, almost being 23 in November but look 18-19 according to most people, they get surprised, it’s due to good aging genes and me being well groomed and clean shaven also being low body fat, i othen get complimented on the jewelry and piercings etc it’s definitely a amplifier, also style so it’s definitely worked in my favor 1000%, but unfortunately every guy can’t pull off this look and will have to experiment what suits them, rather it’s more sex appeal or hyper masculine route, it really depends.
