The best size is in between with 39mm. So the 15300 is the one to choose, though a bit thick. The ideal is the 39mm thin, it is lighter on the wrist and way more comfortable: of course I am referring to the 15202.
Like what you said, it depends on the wrist size. I have a 6.25 inch wrist size and i put my name down for a 41mm ruthenium. However the 37mm one came in and the boutique called me up. After trying it on and i was sold. Great watch and this beats any Rolex by a mile
I agree, I have the 37mm rose gold and I know it seems small when u hold it and all but once you wear it it looks great regardless . and my wrist is too small for a guy I think only 14cm, and have to remove three of the links it came with originally to fit (well its still lose but that's my liking). I saw the 41mm looks great but just the dial itself (excluding the additional edges created by the links) exceeded the width of my wrist already. I was soo annoyed when people kept asking like why such a small watch, and I am like my wrist is SMALL lol,,, but tbf its quite tapered at the bracelet,,, if it wasn't too tapered I think it would be the best choice for everyone cuz the dial itself can almost measure a 39-40mm typical watch and just to add on, my wrist is more round compared to flat if u get what I mean lol, like the with of my wrist is about 4.5cm so it also depends on wrist shape more of like the width size instead of just the circumference,
i'd argue that the 37mm would look best on most wrists. a lot of social media pics of 41mm wrist shots look bad due to the lugs hanging over the edge of wrists.
AP's are bigger watches and are designed as so. The 41m RO is the better size, unless you have very small wrists, then go with the 37mm or the Jumbo. The 37mm on the larger wrist doesn't look right. Great vid, please keep them coming!
Thank you for adding your thoughts! I agree. First time I saw the 37mm sitting in its box and on a colleagues' (big) wrist, I thought that it is way too small and just does not look like a real Royal Oak. More like a shrunk version of a Royal Oak. But on my (very small) wrist, the watch prove me wrong. Because of its massive case, it wears more like a 38-39mm watch on the wrist. Much better than the 41mm piece. At least for me. So, I changed my mind and I do now think that it really depends on the wrist size you have. The 37mm can indeed look "like a real Royal Oak". The 39mm might be the sweet(est) spot. Cheers, Pascal
I disagree. I thibk people where astches too big. All you can see is the face and none of the bracelet when looking straight on. I thibk the 37mm looks perfect on the larger wrist. I have 7.5 inch wrists and a 15300, it also fits perfectly
I have both 37mm and 41mm. I have 6.5" wrist, I feel 37mm is too small and 41mm is a bit too big, but after wear it for awhile, I love 41mm. 41mm is the winner for me. I think 37mm originally make for women, the length of the bracelet is only good for people that has 6.6 inches wrist, if your wrist is bigger than that, you will need to order additional links to add on.
Ted Putee Excellent feedback and really appreciated Would you say with Royal Oaks a 37mm is fits like a 39mm Watch The 39mm Royal Oak fits like a 41 watch mm And the 41mm Royal Oak fits like a 43/44mm watch Due to the casing size and the integrated bracelet I hope this makes sense And the 41mm
I’m with you, I also prefer the 41mm. It looks great on smaller wrists except in close up wristshots. Been dailying one for many years and the low profile case makes it a excellent travel/work piece.
Right Ted, I've 6.8 wrist. And usually use a 38mm watch. I thought to fit better the 39mm from many opinions. But when I tried on 39 and 41mm RO I chooses for the last one without doubt
The 41mm doesnt wear large like most people think. The way the bravelt extends from the lugs is no different to any other watch. If you have an average size wrist the 41mm will look great.
Chrono24 : I hope it’s centimeters 😉...like mine then. Good to know as I took the 38mm Laureato instead of the more common 42mm version. And it’s perfect
😅 you are right! I guess the Laureato also wears a bit bigger due to its massive case. So, seems like a legit choice. How satisfied are you with the Laureato? I know many who ask themselves, if it is a real alternative when looking for a great bang for the buck steel sports watch? Cheers, Pascal
@@Chrono24Official : it's amazing. Since I have it I`m not anymore interested in the AP Royal Oak. And the slim case is a strong value proposition to me. It feel as special as the Daytona 116500 LN
on this model it's the "Grande Tapisserie", on the 15202 (for example) it's the "Petite Tapisserie", and on most Offshore models it's the "Mega Tapisserie"...
nice watches. but how could you made the review without cleaning a bit the watch before? And I don't mean the scratches at the case. I mean the dust and the other dirt at the case back or bracelet. Not so nice.....
Doesn't really matter how big the circumference of your wrist is, what you need go measure is like the width, if your wrist is small but flat then you could probably wear a bigger watch then if it was more round thus has less width. And when doing so what you want to measure on a watch is not the diameter but the lug to lug distance, if it falls under the width if your wrist then you can wear the watch no problem. My wrist is 18 to 19 cm, I don't know in mcdonalds fries length so google that yourself, but it's more flat so watches that are even 50mm in diameter or 55 to 60mm lug to lug will easily fit me, I'm even wearing one right now, a smart watch, those are all too big, it's 48mm in diameter and like 55 lug to lug but it fits really nicely even though it is bulky, especially when you try to get it under a cuff.
Advise: As many others I think 39/40mm Rolex, is perfect for my 16.5cm wrist, but the 15450st WAS too small for me, and I quickly flipped to a 15400st... So much better😊👌
Honestly, I've tried all 3 sizes, that is 37, 39 and 41mm and I much prefer the 41 and the way it sits. Now, keep in mind that I'm not a fan of huge watches or anything like that, but at 7.5' wrist size, the 37 looks a little dinky for me. 39 is nice for a dressy look and 41 is the winner for me being good as sporty or dressy. Wait, with 41 size, I prefer the chrono version, specially newer ones that show nice contrast and fill up that big dial area.
The more I see this stupid Penguin watch the more I hate it. It looks like a piece of crap from the 70s what with the stupid nut and screw facia. How crap can you get. No class just dreadful elaborate styling based on a welders toolbox. It's too bad I can't under this horrendous design.
Ethan 37mm Royal Oak is too big for women believe me it looks horrible. Until last year the only Royal Oak option for women were 33mm case but it was a quartz watch (watch industry as always doing women dirty 😒). However, AP just announced a 34mm selfwinding Royal oak this years (yay) although they’re not marketing it as a women’s watch y’all know it is or we’re just going back to the good old days where men wore watches that fit properly. 😂 In my opinion, 34 and 33 mm are women’s size, 37 and 39 mm is gentlemen’s size, 40+ is for Ben Tennyson wannabes lol
Hey :) Get your point. What size would you pick for a DJ, though? Would you go for the 36mm version or does it have to be a Lady DJ? 34mm or even 31mm? I thought the trend for women goes towards bigger watches. Could be wrong. But, lately I saw many celebs wearing Daytonas or 39mm/41mm Royal Oaks. Of course I totally understand, if you are a fan of more classic sizes for women. Love the Lady DJ for example or the classic Cartier Tank. Best, Pascal
Mar Teumar yes true the 34 ROyal Oak is perfect for women. Have u bought the new 34mm RO? In my opinion the 41 mm is the perfect size for men ( maybe not for small wrist men) but I’m not in that category. Less than 40mm on a mans wrist is very girly! 40-43mm is the perfect size for men.
the white dial is so underrated, in my opinion i like the white one the most
Is there any chance you can tell us the wrist width and circumference of the bigger and smaller wrist.
Thank you

Great choice! 37mm looks great whether you have 5 or 7 inches wrist.
I have the 37mm with a blue dial. Perfect watch!
Very nice! Why the blue?
Chrono24 - i love the colour. So many colours, depending on the light.
how large is your wrist?
Just measured it 5 minutes ago. The answer is: 17.5/18cm.
Actually the blue one is for women 😅
Saving up for the 37mm right hopefully I can own one by the end of years
The white dial one is 🔥
😍 Yes!
True !
chrono24's LIT ass intro music had me thinking Pop Smoke was about to jump in at 00:20 🔥🔥🔥😂😂😂😤😤😤
A pleasure 😃
It’s a proportion game. The 41mm RO looked so much better on the bigger wrist, as did the 37mm on the smaller one.
Nothing to add ✌🏻
i'd argue that the 37mm would look best on most wrists. a lot of social media pics of 41mm wrist shots look bad due to the lugs hanging over the edge of wrists.
Obviously a too-small movement in the large-case model. Look st the placement of the date.
PanoDate in Germany puts the answer on the wrist. Jawohl!

Those prices 😂

Might be the case, yes.
What is the size definition for big and small wrist??
Please check the wrist sizes in the RUclips video description :)
@@Chrono24Official there is no wrist size in description.
My opinion the best size is 39mm
Of course, but is almost impossible to find and even more fragile than the 37 - 41mm
Those references need more numbers. AP needs to go full Epic Meal Time on those references.

Nope I can't, because that isn't a thing
