For Bonnie: by an almost incredible coincidence I (severely traumatized) came across your method and something resonated very strongly. Now I watch your channel (mainly the short films because the longer one are yet too overwhelming), my brain doesn't understand a lot but the rest of me, of my system smiles and keeps smiling, on the inside and on the outside! I love you, Bonnie. Thank you for your work. Blessings from the Netherlands, from Edelgard
This is valuable, Bonnie. I love the way you show us how to learn to be embodied and to sense the connections in the body. My heart and lungs feel heard and held in this movement.
I feel like this connects to when she talked about the yolk sac and amniotic fluid in another video. She teaches you to lean on the yok sac in a forward bend, and lean on the amniotic fluid in a backward bend, and it felt so different and supported. Just amazing.
Cool! So, is it possible to forward bend while articulating all of the spinal vertebrae including thoracic vertebrae (spinal flexion of each vertebra; cf jefferson curl in gymnastics but without any added weight) while still maintaining this openness around the heart? It looked like bonny was doing mostly hip flexion and lumbar flexion.

Ohh fascinating this is how I naturally have learned to back bend!

How do you know lungs move around the heart like that?
