- Owning a cammed C5 Corvette… my 2003 Corvette has a BTR stage 3 cam along with a couple other mods. In this video we go over how the cam has affected the driveability of the car, any issues ive had with it so far and I show some POV driving/Pulls. Sorting out a myriad of issues with my 2001 C5 but once I get these all done and drive it a bit and Cam is definitely in my Vette's future! Once I do I'm definitely going to take it to a place to get it tuned.

Happy moments i think the dyno will not let you down i saw a mass air intake and consider the exhaust and manual. This car is ready to jump back in to performance . although i do not drive my c5 for that purpose. Now i will subscribe

I'm trying to decide between the BTR stage 3 or stage 4. I don't know how much different it would be.
More cam properties, bigger/different chop, higher powerband in rpm

why did you throw it in neutral after 3:30, does that not hurt the trans or engine? I drive a manual, but only got a 5 minute lesson on how to before i was on my own, so i really dont know. Just wondering🙃
better to engine brake to let the oil pressure drop smoothly so youre right
No it doesn’t hurt your engine or trans it’s normal. Neutral gear doesn’t get worn out by coasting. Engine is still being warmed up by oil regardless if the pump works you’re good.
@@Fumbiii16You are correct that it doesn't harm the engine, but it's still a better practice to coast in gear. Coasting in neutral wastes gas and will put more wear on your brakes.
