which front splitter is that?
As far as looks, I prefer the older vette.
It all depends on what you're looking for the C8 Corvette does have high speed in a lot of electronic equipment inside of it the C5 is comfortable car that doesn't have a lot of electronic equipment in there but it has a beautiful body and it will give you the speed probably not as fast as a C8 Corvette C8 Corvette does it cost a lot more money than C5
Are those c8 rims factory or are they after market rims
After market wheels from e5wheels.com
For half the price you can make C5 faster them C8
Way less than half the price even, with $20,000 you can have a 500-600 hp c8 gapping c5
C5 looks way better #Classic
I’ll take the C5 over C8. Much more reliable and for 5 grand I can make it faster than a C8.
all Corvette owners think that their vehicles are the best and unique / one-of-a-kind, obviously a delusion .. 😂
C5 roof style coupe best, although this version suffers with poor engineering build and numerous failures. Should have kept this body style and worked on a better chassis and reliability.
You should probably edit your video for the sake of truth and transparency - "I"m going to do a comparison of my C5 Corvette and my bank's C8 Corvette that I'll be making payments on for the next 7 years..."
My c5 has super tight steering
I like the c8 it seems to be a nice car but Chevy forgot to give it one thing a personality
That c8 will dust that slightly modded c5 around a track
Where did the c8 do better?
Real men eat quiche!
C5 if it’s a manual
Give me the c8, I’ll sell it, then buy & modify a c5 with full bolts on and forge the motor,
Sell the c8 and buy 5 c5s🤣
@@CodyDriven sell the c8, buy one c5 to build max potential, and if it blows up repeat the process
A C5 with a cam is not going to beat the c8.
Feel free to go watch the video proving you wrong on my channel…
A 50 roll isn't beating it. Do a 1/4 mile at a track and tape it.
Nay I'm good. I'll like having 100k plus in the bank investments. Cars keep you working. Freedom means more.
Depends on your situation, for me cars are a business expense and bring me money
C5 is better
What was your dream car growing up as a kid?
C6 ZO6. 😀
Everyday all day
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
sovl vs soulless
Indeed. F the c8.
today im going to compare my 22 year old mistress too my 70 year old wife.
Why would you say that a C8 has “fake” supercar look? C8 is pretty much a supercar lol
People want to keep some weird hierarchy between italian and american cars. It's like people wont to call the GTR a supercar while it beat mostly all supercars stock for stock
@@MecheGT But C8 is 100% a supercar. It has the look, performance, mid engine, list goes on.
@LIG242 it's sad. When it's owner diss, it like that. He might as well trade it in for a use beat up 485 lol
@@MecheGT also not to mention all the tech that C8 has that most supercars lack really shows how overpriced those European cars are so you’re pretty much paying for the badge as it doesn’t offer much other than the brand name
@LIG242 facts I'm buying my supercar C8! Soon for my RUclips channel. People who say it's not a supercar can't justify spending more for less
A sports car has a manual.
It's not a "fake supercar "
C5 all day long. Cars are getting way too much tech to even make them fun.
No 85k one
The issue is you want the pony car experience in the C8 ..... it aint gonna happen.... car is too refined.
Not a fan of the C8.
It's GROSS
Dude you’re a kid how on earth can you afford a C8 at your age???
I turned my hobby into multiple income streams
C5 one of the worst and ugliest of all time
C8 not
Decision easy
C8 interior looks like KIA. 🤣
No one is cross shopping these two lol
That's a matter of opinion I don't care for the look of the c8 to much b's technology which destroys the sports car experience they tried to make the c8 look like an it a Italian super car and they failed to many sharp and exaggerated lines that don't enhance the look
Fake supercar? It's a real supercar 🤦🏾♂️
The stingray is not a super car
Truth
C-5 ALL DAY LONG!
I’ve never heard a C8 owner say the C8 has a “Fake supercar look”. 🤔😑 You own one, and don’t even know it’s ACTUALLY a Supercar. That’s weird. Go get a mustang buddy.
Stingrays arent supercars lol
@CodyDriven Actually, they are an American super car. being a mid engine and the numbers it's putting down make it one. Where I differ from people is those saying it's an exotic. They are not. They are a domestic built super car. But not an exotic. As far as a comparison to the C5 there is none. It's a 20 yr gap. No one is deciding between these two cars.
If you need praise from sheeple, to justify your cause, you deserve a pasture of grass to consume.
They aren’t super cars mate lol
