You must install mods from Aternos you can't download your on mods as far as I remember.

what forge mod does it need I cant download it
It shouldn't need anything just download the mod for Forge. You may need Glitch Core but I am not sure as the mob page doesn't specify if you need that for forge or not. Hope this helps :)
