  • Today's daily update video from South Africa is from 3 February 2025. In this video today, we start with heavy rain and hail in Heidelberg in South Africa, today. More rain in Witbank, Kempton Park and Umhlanga. Sunny day yesterday at Strand Beach with many beachgoers. We take a hike up to Woodstock Cave in Table Mountain National Park. Harbour Island at Gordons Bay. The Huguenot Tunnel. Entering from Cape Town side, exiting at Worcester side. Seekoei River mouth. Between Aston bay and Paradise beach. We do the "my" hiking trail at the Bergrivier Eco Retreat near Thornhill. Land at the Shaka Zulu International Airport in Durban. Drive over dunes near Pearson’s Hunt. We spent some time at Nature’s Valley and show you several more places across South Africa today.
Here's a short weather forecast for South Africa today:
Today, severe thunderstorms are anticipated across several regions, including the south-western areas of Limpopo, the Highveld in Mpumalanga, Gauteng, eastern North West Province, and the Free State Province. Residents in these areas should prepare for intense rainfall, strong winds, and the possibility of hail. These conditions may lead to local flooding in vulnerable spots and cause damage to infrastructure. Additionally, the central and western parts of KwaZulu-Natal Province could also experience similar weather challenges. Stay safe and monitor local advisories.

Lovel video's and a big fan, but dislike the narration big time from some contributors. It takes away from the peaceful nature and intent of these videos!!!!!
