@@YuProducciones Honestly, I think this is why woman in general are just more empathetic and are in hospitality jobs more then men. Hands one experience with bull shit pain. I worked a girl for several years and she had terrible periods. Sometimes debilitating. This duality of pain or discomfort and such really forces you to grow up Emotionally. When men experience pain. It's by Choice which is another discussion that needs to be looked into, but a lot of woman just have that built into their existence and that experience makes it harder inflict pain onto someone else. Doesn't mean it doesn't happen, but statistics show that woman are in more nurturing jobs.

There are men that have debilitating problems way worse than periods. The vast majority of workplace deaths/accidents are males including military and many many guys have had their legs blown off by IED's or born with a defect and they can still somehow remain kind and don't use it as an excuse to take their anger out on people.
