I'd take this announcer over the original SF4 announcer any day. That wasn't just the shittiest announcer in an SF game, it was the shittiest announcer period.

Subtlety? He had none, he just sounded like an imatient and emotionless 30 year old who haphazardly recorded his lines simply because he wanted to get paid and leave the studio as quickly as possible.
