      @samuel cox official
      It was clearly an overreaction. At the time, if the replay buzzed prior to the snap, they could write off the next play and review the previous play. Quincy Morgan clearly was going to the ground and the ball fell out as he was going to the ground. Why don't they blame Tim Couch for making a bad throw or Quincy Morgan for not catching the ball? Why did the Browns only score 3 offensive points up to that point? Why couldn't the defense intercept and return another touchdown or at least put them in field goal range? The Cleveland Brown organization needs to take a lot more responsibility for that loss then the majority of fans believe. How is it the refs fault that the ball was not in Quincy Morgans hands sooner or that Quincy Morgan dropped the ball? The refs should have made the correct call of an incomplete pass in the first place and no one would care. If they called the pass incomplete instead of complete, would you really be here complaining?

    Update:
    Losing to the Chiefs in the Divisional Round
    The Browns after 18 Long Years, finally reached the post season thanks to new regime in Stefanski and Andrew Berry. With a deadly rushing game and a better season for baker the browns were mighty underdogs into the post season. But on WC Weekend the browns defeated their rivals, the Steelers extremely well, but unfortunately lost to the chiefs in a close fashion that almost send them to the AFC Champ Game
    UTREE: Even though I was in raged that the steelers lost but the browns had hope for the first time in a while sure they lost to the chiefs but if they learn from their mistakes they are destined to be something so palmer tier.
    2021 Season
    This season was supposed to be something for Cleveland where hope was meant to be and may actually compete in a superbowl but a last the browns regressed but also bake played ineffective due to injury and finished 8-9. Also Odell and baker had disputes and it leas to odell being released and won a superbowl. And add insult to injury the bengals made the superbowl
    UrinatingTree: This season was meant to be the new era for browns football but due to injuries or ineffective play, and top off their rivals in a superbowl and their former teamate in odell winning one so this is was disappointing so magini tier
    2022 Offseason:
    After a disappointing 2021 season the browns were trying to look for an upgrade at qb. Even though it was a good idea but how it was handled, mmm not so well. Cleveland was thinking a qb who didn’t play all of 2021 because of some legal issues but still try to attempt to get him. At first it didn’t happen and the browns turned to baker again but the next day they got Deshaun Watson. And also gave him a new contract thats worth 5 years/230 mill. 230 MILLION GUARANTEED. The cases were settled, but currently more cases rose up and its not looking good by the day. Deshaun might not play again in 2022 and baker is not going to play for them anymore for good reason. So the next option in Jacoby Brissette in 2022?
    UTREE: If i were a browns fan, i would be appalled about this situation and would even considering switching teams. They gave a guy all the money and he might not even play due to these legal troubles. And not only that they ticked off baker, the guy who gave Cleveland hope. This is a new tier call Cleveland Hell.
    2022: This season was not meant to be great and to no surprise it wasn’t. Pretty much this season was Jacoby Brissett plays 11 games and then our 230 Millions Dollar QB plays the rest and most ironic part his first start will be against his former team. But another 7-10 disappointing season.
    UTREE: WOW!! A qb who hasn’t played in 1.5 seasons was going to play awful. “Shocker.” But anyway this team was going to be mediocre at best. If deshaun doesn’t play well in 2023 then this will be Hue Jackson tier but for now Mangini tier

Jets meanwhile had a bunch of good years during this time like 7 playoff appearances, 3 afc championship games.. beat Brady and payton manning twice in the playoffs once 41-0.. where is the browns bills or lions game like that.. they are only mentioned cause of no superbowl 50 years but atleast they gave the fans something compared to these other teams.. but make no mistake these are 5 cursed disasters of franchises

    I'm not big into football and my hometown team, the Steelers, make chumps out of the Browns routinely. However, there was one moment that made me like the Browns. I was in college in Erie, PA and one day driving down I-90 I caught a post-game show for the Cleveland game on the one good radio station. This was the year of the perfect season. A guy called in and started going off. The hosts let him go for at least a minute, with the guy saying stuff like, "I've been a season ticket holder for 30 years. This is it! I'm done!" and so forth. After he finished, one of the hosts paused for a noticeable moment and then said with absolute sincerity, "Why now? They've been terrible for years." I almost swerved into a truck I was laughing so hard.
    I can understand the pain of the Cleveland Browns fan. I fully expect to live the rest of my life without ever seeing the Pirates make it to the World Series.

I predicted the Browns wouldn't go to the playoffs but would either go 9-7 or 8-8 and not even that was reached which makes the 2019 season all the more tragic. The Browns should never have hyped themselves up and honestly shouldn't even be aiming for the playoffs as an organization right now. They should be aimed on winning a season. I was there live for Manziel's shining moment against Cinci. I remember being mixed about it. To pay to watch the Browns get stomped hurt, but EVERYONE at the time acted like Manziel was the next big thing for Cleveland despite him not playing a single down of real football (he even had his nickname trademarked, that stupid "show me the money" sign, and a Snicker's endorsement. All before actually playing the game) That loss shut everyone up at least. Afterward, it only got worse for him. I was honestly worried Baker Mayfield would be Johnny V2, but at least Mayfield seems to give a damn about the game.
    Also remember that kick-six. Replays showed a BLATANT offsides on the Ravens that wasn't called. I wouldn't be shocked if it was seen, but ignored because they gotta keep the Browns narratives alive. Still remember that one.
