It went into overtime and was ultimately decided on a coin toss; whoever wins that toss is getting in the endzone. Falcons were a record setting offense and the pats, obviously are elite. I dont think its really 'choking'. They never even got a chance to get the ball.

Not only was it the 4 errors leading up to that moment but the roller coaster ride of emotions and bad calls leading fans to start throwing things on the field. I highly recommend going back and watching that full 7th inning.
