Yes, I think these bars will grow in value. Value really depends on how fast they become hard to find in the future. Will it take 5 years or 15 years, I am sure within this range they will be much harder to find than now. Silver can have an incredible upswing of what people are willing to pay compared to spot. Gold generally has a value in relation to spot and less so due to being collectable. Honestly both have potential, but for different reasons.
Where did you hear that? It would be hard for me to believe the design would go away for good. A little modification to the design, yes, I do believe that is possible.

I have a resealable sleeve too and dont need to tape them for loose assay card since it is tight
