I got one, painted mine black, changed the grips and added back rest, lights under and left mirror. Get head turns left and right lol. Love this thing! Oh and turned on cruise control in the p settings...FULL WIN!
Love the large tires, should be great for those uneven sidewalks. Also the removable seat option is nice for the stand up guy. Great review Albert!!! 👍
Can someone here please help me with my Hiboy ecom 14 problem? I received my scooter on dec 28, 2023. I assembled it without difficulty - seat, basket, front tire, handlebars. Same, same the charger and battery. My problem is that I can not tighten the metal ring that goes around the telescopic rod (the rod that fits inside the t-tube). This rod jiggles inside the t-tube. And because I can not tighten it, I can not steer the machine. I can not get the rod tight enough to rotate the front tire. I have called Hi-boy in Arizona (who never return my calls), Amazon, a couple of repair shops, a couple of people who have posted videos about this scooter on youtube like EASYHEIMER and all of my efforts have been pointless. There is a metal ring with a folding lock and a screw through the point where the two halves of the ring meet. This ring goes around the telescopic rod. But I can not close the folding lock unless the screw is very loose. And if I click the folding lock closed and try to turn the screw to tighten it, I can't because the metal ring won't allow this. I am ready to tear my hair out.
With the lock unfolded, gradually tighten the screw in small increments and fold the lock to see if it is tight enough. If not, unfold and repeat the process until it folds securely. The amount it needs to be screwed to be tight is a very small window. It is easy to miss the sweet spot and over tighten to the point where it is too hard to fold the lock. It will require a lot of patience and many retried to get it to the right spot.
Thanks for your suggestion. I will certainly give it a try. I do have another question. Sorry! There is a channel running vertically all the way down the telescopic rod. There is also a very small "T" on the inside of the metal ring with the folding lock. It is almost unnoticeable, but if you stand over the ring and look down you can see it. It looks like a "T" lying on its side. My question is, does this "T" need to be positioned within the channel on the telescopic rod ? @@AlbertKimTV
Nice!!! It does not seem as attractive or appealing as the ones you have reviewed in the past, but I'm certain it will appeal to someone out there. Thanks for the introduction to this little e-scooter.

Damn, I missed the give away deadline!
Another nice scooter review and it looks like it's on a steep discount right now. I guess Black Friday is here already.
Oh yeah, it looks like they started their BF sale already
This scooter looks perfect for a large city like New York or San Francisco.
Definitely would work well in an urban environment

How did you turn on cruise control?
@@AlbertKimTV one of the p settings think it's in manual. Once it's on hold throttle at max speed for a bit you'll see the icon.
I've seen these in my neighborhood at the grocery store. Apparently someone was using this to transport their groceries.

Really nice looking scooter, Albert! Awesome ride and review! 😃
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
I really like my Hiboy ECOM 14. It's a lot of fun and I would recommend it.
Thanks for watching and your feedback
Does anybody know how to change the econ 14 battery? Is it under the rubber placemat that we put our feet on?
@@bravocarlos1752 yes
How long have you had it?
About 4 months now.
So I suppose I should have asked, how's it holding up. Battery isn't a dud is it?

I wonder why my led screen looks different. It has black plastic. buttons instead of the gray soft buttons
It's common for manufacturers to switch part vendors over time as supply chain issues come up or maybe they got better pricing for that part.
Who is filming you?
