For instance, a car depreciates when you drive the car off the lot. So, the car is shown net of Accumulated Depreciation on the Balance Sheet. A = L + E ( Assets = Liabilities + Equity)

Jamaica is improving very well in real estate. To improve more real estate sales is to speak to the government about improving the healthcare system in Jamaica. It's not right for us to be running back to USA for good medical care.

You have to spend on some assets like property taxes and insurance on your house
