It took years for me to take myself out of it, and to be honest medication only made it worse. Lifestyle change (which took a very long time and still improving) is what made me able to snap out and start building my life.

Omg i have bpd too! I use food to calm down. Hoping to find more strategies. ❤ so hard. Proud of you! I never identify with the manipulation part either. I have ptsd too and my therapsist says yes everything stems from ptsd and trauma.
Yes you can! Start with walking even 10 mins everyday and eating a high protein breakfast - 2 eggs + 2 whites, small piece of toast with 1 cup of roasted non-starchy veggies.
I just clicked on this video and was a little rattled by how different Mari looks. I really hope she hasn’t been pushed to take weight loss injections, but I can absolutely see how their can be that temptation to. She must be under immense pressure to be a certain way.

I was never as big as you were but i also feel like i could never be as small as you are naturally. But maybe im wrong! If i had note money i could afford to eat as healthy as id like.. but maybe theres a way to do on a budget and still lose 10kg. Been a long time trying. Ive lifted in the gym for 5 yrs so i have alot of muscle. Its just the over eating and the budget i need to control.
Stop telling yourself excuses.. because we all do this. You can easily live on eggs and canned Tuna, and minced meat. Those all are less expensive than 1 takeout.

@Fitoakio as if I can afford take out 🙄 I've tried carnivore, can't afford that. Some of us are single mothers.
