I bought the Cradle mask- dream wear nasal 30 to 45 days ago and I really like it because I don't have to wake up to fit the tube, plus I don't wake up sore on the bridge of my nose. Another thing is that I don't have to put clips on and take them off. thank you for the recommendations. I loved it
I like the philips dreamwear, but it does shift on me at night causing a lot of leaks. I bought a dreamwisp from you guys 2 weeks ago and that's really good. No leaks
My view only. Resmed 61500 nasal pillow is my favourite and the best one. The aged/orginal hairband can be replaced by female bra strip in 1CM elastic one without any issue. The rest of components are made of medical grade silicon material. Wash it, UV it (1 meter away by UV germ-virus killer light) , both can last longer beyond nomal usage.
I wish you'd provide a link or be now specific with the Philips Respironics DreamWear Nasal (CRADLE) that you liked. Because in the stores, there is a setup/fit pack. Very annoying to find which leak more and which doesn't.
While it's true that the airtouch cushion with the foam edge isn't very cleanable, it is more comfortable than the silicone cushion and it seals very well onto facial hair.
Have the f&p vitera, but as a side sleeper I get leaks because the pillow pushes it off my face. I’m going to a nasal pillow I think the doc is sending me a p10 or p30i. My nose is similar to yours and I appreciate your reviews.
I've been using the ResMed F20 mask for the past 2 1/2 years. I've been getting along fine with it, but hate the full mask and the supply hose coming off the front of it has been a real drag. During nights when my BiPap would have to blow extra hard I would also lose seal quite often. After doing some research & watching dozens of videos & reviews, I decided to try the DreamWear nasal mask. I love the head gear, but couldn't get the right fit even after trying 2 different sizes. I also loved the fact that I didn't have (4) half inch wide creases in my face all day long. I couldn't get a decent seal & chased my wife out of bed 3 nights in a row because it was so noisy. At times I felt like I couldn't get enough air so I would open my mouth. Nuff said... Even when it would seal my wife said it was noisy and if I rolled over to face her the vents would blow cold air in her face. After a week I returned it and picked up a ResMed F30i. The mask & headgear work very well and I love the top of head air supply. I still get creases in my face, but they're not nearly as bad as with the F20 mask and the hybrid full mask is more comfortable. I still have a bit of leakage but the medical supply store I got it from suggested trying the next size which is about a 1/2" wider. They were out of that size until next week so I'll try that when they come in.
My favorite cpap related things have been a machine that no doctors office carries the application necessary to read data from it (Apex XT auto) and my two FAVORITE masks have been discontinued (Phillips GoLife for her and the Swift FX nano from resmed). I've since (begrudgingly mind you) switched over to the Resmed Airsense 10 (auto type machine) and the Resmed Airfit N20 (mask). I desperately need to get the "for her" headgear for it because the standard one (bit of blue on it) is just a few mms too big and I can't get it adjusted just so but at least not leaking very much sooooo...... idk....
I have a problem with the clip straps/Velcro stretching & having to be replaced within a year. Not happy with the quality of straps or the Velcro. Not cheap to replace. F&P Vitera.
He mentions in his full face masks video that the ResMed N30i is a bit narrower and better for those with pointy noses, whereas he has a flatter, wide nose which fits better in the Dreamwear.
actually there is no best cpap mask. cause everyone has different facial and nose structure, certain masks will not fit well for others while it is great for some. the main objective is to choose the mask with the least amount of air leakage.
I’ve had sleep apnea for 15 plus years, I’m 35 years of age and have never tried a cpap, however my snoring is becoming increasingly louder and sleep apnea is becoming worse, any advice as a newbie wanting to try a cpap? I don’t really know where to start, comfort and quietness would be my priority.
Go to your doctor and set up a sleep study. You clearly need one lol a sleep study can actually help you get one for free instead of just going and buying one for $800-1000
I'm 33, I finally made an appointment with my doctor and he had me do a sleep study. Study showed I had 30 incidences per minute. I got an automatic CPAP and honestly man, it changed my life. Woke up the next day, not sore throat, no headache, felt refreshed. I rarely need a nap anymore. First step is just to go to the doctor and get it asap!
He mentioned he can read or watch TV with the CPAP mask on. I'm wondering why he would do that? I put my mask on before going to sleep at night and remove it in the morning after waking up. Does he go to parties and meet people with his CPAP mask on also?
Crazy prices for the machines and Later on for accessories. Days off work for checks etc. My advice is try not to smoke do not drink alcohol. Do exercise 💪🏻. Fit body less problems .

Excellent ! Where were you the last 13 years I have been using cpap? In just a few videos from you I have learned so much. Thank you !!!🤠🍺🍓
I'm allergic to the silicone I had the worst reaction for first 2 nights .had to make another appointment to get something else.

What if you need to wear a chinstrap what is the best mask? Can you make a video on chinstraps.
Thank you for the info, I started using a Cpad machine I have the Evora nasal mask and it does leak a lot this is my 5th day and is getting annoying 😤

Thank you, that was pretty helpful look at the different masks
Hi what is your fav hybrid mask
Is there a quick release on the vitera like the resmed F20 has?
How about the BMC P2 Nasal Pillow Mask? I heard its a very good mask at half price of a resmed p10? Thanks

Hi, I have the RESMED Airsense 10.... are most masks compatible regardless of brand etc? In regards to connection to the tube?
YES! All masks will fit with your tube.
I like the Dreamwear but it slides on my hair a lot.
The AirSense 11 has a tiny, problematic water reservoir. A big problem for many elderly people.
I have a problem with the clip straps/Velcro stretching & having to be replaced within a year. Not happy with the quality of straps or the Velcro. Not cheap to replace. F&P Vitera.
Question can I use the climate control hose with Airfit P10
Yes!
Hello ..philipsdreamwear how much please.. thanks
Why is the dream weaver mask better than the Res Med N30i? They look almost identical.
He mentions in his full face masks video that the ResMed N30i is a bit narrower and better for those with pointy noses, whereas he has a flatter, wide nose which fits better in the Dreamwear.

@@SGardner11 I get mine next week and can’t wait to feel better. Are you able to sleep through the night?
@@tnice15So how are you feeling after one year of cpap use?

It's hard to see the mask you are reviewing. Would be helpful to keep the mask on camera.
