@@SiblingsReactandDrinkWell if you haven't checked out Shaun of the Dead, Run - don't walk - and check it out. By far the funniest zombie movie - and the second best one (But I suspect you've seen it).
- Snowpiercer. Amazing concept -2013 film about the last people on Earth who are on a train that circles around the globe (a failed experiment to end global warming fuc*ed things up). Here the elite are in the front part of the train, while the lower class passengers are in the back and rebel against the elite. This is directed by Bong Joon Ho (the Korean winner of the Oscar Best Picture Parasite) but it's almost entirely in English with Hollywood actors like Chris Evans, Ed Harris, Olivia Spencer. Much better than the 2020 TNT TV series.
-Parasite. One of the best films in years, the story is about how one lower class family manages to interweave themselves into a upper class family - but things change. It's also very funny but very dark.
-*Concrete Utopia*. Another Korean film, this one has Seoul destroyed by a major catastrophe, with only one place remaining intact - an apartment building. The film shows both the stories of the residents lucky enough to be inside and the conflicts that occur - and the homeless who want nothing more than to be inside.
Since you like Zombies and Game of Thrones - check out the Korean TV series Kingdom. The Netflix series is a combination of both GOT and TWD. Set in a 16th century Kingdom, the crown prince is investigating a disease that infects the king with a mysterious deadly epidemic that affects the kingdom - all the while trying to stop his political opponents from seizing the throne. Shades of Walking Dead as well, the 2020 show ran for 12 episodes over 2 seasons. Also like The Walking Dead and GoT, there is a one episode prequel - Anjin of the North - that showed the beginnings. Absolutely great and entertaining series.
@@SiblingsReactandDrinkIf you liked Gong Yoo as an actor and want to see more of him, the 16-episode show called either "Goblin" or "Guardian: The Lonely and Great God" (same series, just different titles for some reason) is absolutely wonderful. There's even a meta joke wherein his character goes to see a movie and gets really scared by it. The movie is Train to Busan, of course!

Yeah but they didn't understand anything else. The biggest problem is that homeless guy is dirty, let's not trust him cause he's homeless and dirty ffs? And that lady that opened the door was NOT crazy, there's something called karma. And, "take out your shirt so they can see you're not bitten" idiotic remark? Right, hysteric people will surely believe him if he just "show them", no one remembers covid panic anymore? Laughing when the best character in the frickin movie was bitten? "Nevermind, now he'll have a new wife ha ha how funny we are!" Disgusting. This is the worst reaction to Train to Busan I've ever seen.

Korean movies are the best: I recommend: Tae Guk Gi: The Brotherhood of War (compare to Saving Private Ryan), OldBoy( Revenge movie) , The Frontline (War Movie), Montage (Revenge) , I Saw the Devil (Revenge) , The Man From Nowhere (John Wick like), New World (undercover cop/Organized Crime), No Mercy (Revenge, 2010 movie)

I don’t know how you missed it but the train conductor told the survivors to meet him on another train, which is why everyone was leavening the train. He didn’t tell them to stay so he could ditch them.

I enjoyed the video. This was the first Korean movie that made me cry. Among other Korean movies, I would recommend an action movie. The name of the movie is "The Man from Nowhere" , and it is considered to be a milestone in the history of Korean action movies. It is a work that can be done, and Korean action movies have become an opportunity to gradually develop starting from this movie. The Korean title of the movie is 아저씨

12:15 there's a lot of mistranslation in the movie, this one being of them, the a-hole COO guy actually said 'She must have not studied hard herself' as much as we'd like it to be 'she must have flunked school' to add to the odiousness of his character, he didn't go that far with that comment...17:23 as well, grandma said 'You rotten bastards' to the zombies attacking her, didn't call her daughter-in-law 'that bitch', wish I had done subtitles quality control on this (which I actually did as a side gig for a post-production company).

The real injustice done to this film is that the kid wasn't even nominated for awards for her performance. She single handedly carried the emotional aspect of this movie. The man who played the main villain won a few along with other actors and actresses.
She is the reason we cried. Great actress indeed.

The "Big, Strong Guy" is in a Marvel movie, The Eternals. He's pretty lovable in that too.
He reminded me of Hodor, a true hero.

@SiblingsReactandDrink lol. I recommend many of the actors in that movie and even most of their acting, but at the end, the concept kinda pissed me off. I liked the movie until the end.
It's beautiful a lot of the time, and I like several of the relationships. I suggest watching it because of the good stuff. You two might like the end. I know I don't always think a typical person.

Did you guys know theres an American remake of this movie? it’s called The Last Train To New York, it should of been made and released in 2023 but something is holding it up. I doubt it will be as good as this but I’m looking forward to seeing what they do with it. 👍
