  • **** Seriously guys Dont Do this***
    I damaged some parts in my car when i did this for the 2nd time
    In this video, I will show you how you can fix the Ford Focus mk2 DPF Engine System Fault without removing the DPF. One can do the static regeneration of the Diesel Particle Filter using the OBD Device for example Autel Maxi check Pro device

    Thanks for the video. After static regeneration, did engine management line on and engine systems fault came back ? I have exactly the same issue, engine management light on and showing engine systems fault. What should I do? Can you advise please?

      Yes, they came back a couple of times. What i recetly did was, i removed the sensor on the dpf and inserted the dpf cleaning fluid into the dpf and then ran the car for regeneration. That helped with the engine light going away

      1: Check the hoses to the preassure sensor and 2: the sensor. Drench the dpf with coca cola or alloy wheel cleaner. I have built my own filling tool. A preassure buttle and a long hose with a pipe from a spray bottle at the end. Fill through the temp srnso hole (13 mm).

    Hey, thanks for the video. I have a focus 2013 mk2. A fault code came up when i was driving on the highway for about 30min, saying that the dpf temperature is too low for regeneration. Any ideas why the dpf is not getting to temperature?

    • @adnansgarage
      @adnansgarage  3 месяца назад

      well it can happen for some reasons. maybe temperature sensor is faulty or for some reason car is not dumping fuel in dpf to raise temperature. connect an OBD and read live data while driving

    I wish everyone creating emission laws and working towards banning ice cars would work with a used car for the family to keep their lifves running, themsrlfves.

    The regeneration can be done by just driving hard folks.....

    Hi!
    My ford ecosport 2021 diesel static regeneration failed at 85-90% most of the time. I have heard from someone that to make the regeneration successful, the soot % should be at 20%. My car soot % is at 59%.
    What should I do? There is no fault code on DTC except DPF soot accumulation which I cleared earlier and then start regeneration.
    Any advice or suggestions ?

      Dont force regeneration by clearing the code. it will be disaster. It will destroy the injector seals and can be any other part related to engine

    @adnans garage Did it work long term?

    • @adnansgarage
      @adnansgarage  11 месяцев назад +1

      Well honestly No. I will post a new video where i did solve this issue another way by spraying a dpf cleaner directly into the DPF

    not a safe procedure, might damage the filter or engine, but whatever works i guess

      Thanks for the comment. Why do you think it can damage the engine

    • @boidheach9433

      It is absolutely safe. It is normal process of dfp regeneration. Only thing Is that this way you will burn only the carbon particles not the metalic ones. So if your dpf is already full of metalic particles, this wont help and you will have to remove dpf filter and either get a new one or get it cleaned profesionaly. Hope this helps
