Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

04:30 he says it's free desserts for your table and says if you dine with 3,5, or 7 people each one gets a free dessert. EXCEPT - look closely at the rules, it's up to 4 people max! Good thing he's eating all the desserts himself so he has nobody to disappoint.

Love watching your channel but unfortunately I live in Zimbabwe and our internet sucks so much that it takes me 2 days to watch you eat a meal. I guess the saying the saying is true...Africa is the land of fast food...either your fast or you are food. Keep up the great channel, respect!!

@@marckentzer1435 Wrong. Traditional Taco's (proper taco's) are soft tortilla folded with a filling, just like these.
These are taco's, they're traditionally made like these with a soft tortilla.
@@fandangobrandango7864 soft corn tortillas… and about the only veggies you would have on them would be green onions and cilantro.

This is so appropriately timed as yesterday me and a group of friends did a taco crawl where we went from taco joint to taco joint eating and sampling many many tacos. Great job as always beard.

Traditional tacos are actually in corn tortillas, the hard shell taco is actually an americanized version, down here in texas the authentic street tacos are incredible. You killed it man, cheers 🤘

3 huge tacos for about $45 American is not bad at ALL considering you could easily feed 3 people with that. As per usual, this made me hungry.

I think the proverbial icing on the cake in all your videos is your (audacity?) to almost always get a dessert. It’s just brilliant. It’s almost like a very very very nice and amiable and playful middle finger after defeating the restaurants challenge.
They should call this their "Chipotle-Back-In-The-Day(x3)" open-faced burrito challenge.😉

Another great job Beard! Tacos looked great, but I think they would've been better if they would've lightly fried the tortillas first. They would've ended up being like Taco Salad bowls, adding taste & a diff texture to the tacos. The cake looked phenomenal too!

It looked good but it bothered me that they didn't serve it with warmed corn tortillas. They needed salsa on the side too. Glad you took it off the rack at the end. Can't believe you only used some of the guacamole at the end! It's one of my favorite things, especially with pork! 😋
