The Arkham games did Batman right. He is a detective who just suddenly appears and beats more than 10 people down before they can do barely anything. In the movies, Batman is just a tough guy wearing armor who couldn't handle more than three guys. Although Pattinson Batman gave us the first live-action Batman real detective moments, it is so out of character for Batman to hunt down Carmine Falcone by walking through the front door. He should have just crashed into the window.

He is a detective yes, but he is a beast who can strike fear into his enemies with great speed and agility. Being a detective is not enough to scare criminals, you have to show yourself to be a beast that can take down at least a small army of them on your own. It’s the same reason why John Wick was feared, respected, and taken seriously. Having Batman beat more than 10 guys does not make him a Mary Sue. I liked Keaton in the Flash. Adding different Batmans would have been a great option to expand on various stories later on.
