  • Make these super crispy breaded nori tofu fingers! A delicious and flavorful snack perfect with any dip of your choice!
    ----------
    Crispy Nori Tofu Fingers
    Ingredients:
    2 blocks of silken tofu (thawed and pressed after freezing)
    2-3 nori sheets / seaweed sheets
    1/2 cup plain flour
    1 tbsp nutritional yeast
    salt and pepper
    3/4 cup water
    1 1/2 cups toasted bread crumbs
    spray with coconut oil
    air fry at 180°C for 12-15 minutes, flip halfway
    garnish with parsley
    serve with your favorite dipping sauce

    Am I suppose to freeze then tofu as it is fresh packed. Thank you. Can I use firm tofu and still press it

      Hi, you may use firm tofu but there's a difference in terms of the texture. For silken tofu, you may remove the liquid from the packaging first. Then freeze, thaw and press it 😊
