- Today we have a Studio Tour of our full time Etsy business with staff here at Katnipp Studios
This is a real honest and raw tour, with mess everywhere hahah, this is how the studio looks most of the time. Its easy to see these Aesthetic Small Business studio spaces and take inspiration from them, but often times its a mess, after all it is a working environment and not everything can be totally in its place!
So I picked up the camera and rolled this tour without any tidying so you could see a realistic look into our current studio! (Which we will be moving out of in a couple of weeks!)

Well even if you can't build your Katnipp Cafe again, perhaps just mount the house front on a wall as a reminder of your old office? You could paint faux interior scenes to view thru the windows... or your characters peeking out? Would be a safe way to keep it until if/when you are once again able to make it an office again! Lovely tour - great way to remember it.

for conventions, I would honnestly recommend a no touch booth. aka one of each thing is on display and people can order from you like you would do in a mcdonalds. I've seen it all over conventions and honnestly i love it.

heheh I do sometimes, I have to pinch myself, its easy to get carried away in the flow of everything without taking the time to sit back and realise what you've acheived!

You said it yourself you feel more at ease in smaller cozier spaces. It seems like you were trying to force yourself to make this work when in the end it just overwhelmed you financially and emotionally a bit. I’m really happy that you’ve been taking a stand not just against this hustle culture mentality that’s permeated into every bit of society now, but for yourself and your health.
It does stink that you’ve made this space so beautiful, but it doesn’t change the functionality of it. I agree with other comments you should take the front of the katnipp cottage with you! You worked so hard on it and should like hang it up on your walls on your new space or put it into your home as a future nursery room decor for the little ones you’d like the have. You could totally repurpose it for kids to enjoy 😊

Love your cottage space. It feels cozy and warm. I totally understand the need for good proper light. I am big on having as much natural light as possible because it makes me feel so much better.

I remember when you got the yellow bird cup that’s sitting in your kitchen area. I tried to order one right after you got it, but that shop didn’t have any more of them. 🥰. Glad to see you still use it. It’s so cute and cheery, like you! 😊
You can save it and create a play house for your upcoming babies!

I guess the new studio must be on another side of the building then to get more lighting, definitely sounds like a good move. I came to realise it last year too how important lighting is, not just for photography etc but for my actual mood and mental health, I'm soon moving into a brighter part of the house shortly myself thankfully! Can't wait to see what your new space looks like all decked out!

I'm so excited to see you move into the new office! I love the view from this one but it's so dark. The new one seems so bright and cozy! Plus, half the rent! Can't beat that!!

Was just thinking to help with packing, could you get small containers and the pack slip and just fill those then go pack. Save time and going back and forth and each order is organised. Hope the love goes well.

I use all the sugar free ones heheh dont worry Ive never bought sugar ones these have 0 calories and are great for a treat!
