I'm from Norway. Been many places in the US. Mostly loved it, but there were two cities I didn't feel safe; Memphis and New Orleans...
NOLA is dangerous! I lived there 9 months. 😳
You felt correctly, neither of those cities are safe. I live in Tennessee. It's not just Memphis that's unsafe. Take care.
Come to chicago
Yes you are correct I was born and raised in New Orleans it's very dangerous 😢
I read about how let's just say "other countries" think the US is just a cake walk to invade and take over. I pity any that would try.

all black. what a shame.
Every one of them run by DEMOCRATS.
I work for ATT as an installation tech in St. Louis and yes there are multiple neighborhoods that I refuse to work in after dark. And when I’m not working I never leave my house without my sidearm
No Kansas City Missouri is the one that’s dangerous
In Oakland, CA, you need sidearm to go to work.
@@bigx9963 It sounds pretty scary. How safe are the kids going to school in the morning and back home later in the day? If they go on the school buses, is it safe to wait for the bus?
I live in NJ. It’s relatively safe. But some parents don’t leave the stop until their kid gets on board
@@ingridstrom8373Isn't New Jersey one of the most unfriendly side arm states in America.
Right now every place in America is dangerous
I'm sure you're correct to a degree, but I live in an area where I don't feel it's dangerous to go to the grocery store. But I do watch my back when I'm around people who are obviously homeless and also on drugs at the same time.
To me that's very scary cuz that makes them unpredictable.😮
Yah think ? Certain demographics have guaranteed problems that are part of the package deal; " such a deal " !
Yep, thanks to the Biden administration letting America run wild open borders for all, no police
As an American, pretty much correct
Wow morons lmfao everyone in these comments
I live in Chicago. It’s out of control. People start move out. It’s very quiet after 8pm. People scared don’t want to walk the dogs out like they used to be. Don’t forget Los Angeles too.
I live in NY
Same thing
Add philly and Atlanta to that list

I have a friend who moved from Chicago land, that's what he calls it. He's a lot happier here he said.
What about New York City, LA and Washington D C? Seattle? Miami?
Miami as of now it’s very safe, way better than Chicago
Dont forget Portland, Phili and Milwaukee

Baltimore #4. Live 10 minutes from Charm City. I avoid it, it’s very bad. Many parts of Baltimore is vacant. Dilapidated houses and homelessness is vibrant.
I travelled around America by myself every year. I landed at Memphis Intl.airport. Only few of those dangerous cities that I haven't visited. But most of all I thank God for the guidance and protections that He bestowed on me .
If you look back in a little bit of time before Obama racism was almost gone in the United States. Nobody talked about it. Nobody thought about it. Everybody was equal and then Obama got elected. Think about it people
Amen
I have been to Memphis, it’s ok. Of course, you gotta wear your thinking hat anywhere.
I was working in Baltimore I came close to lost my life , I never return there , it still leaves scars in my brain
No one with a brain goes to Baltimore
They ask for it; Defund the police movement started there.
What happened
🙄
I'm sorry that happened to you.😥🙏

Born and raised in Chicago. I'm 61, and I've never been the victim of a crime, and I drove a cab there at night for years. Chicago is a beautiful, but tough town. Just be aware of where you're at.

There are too many mentally ill people on the streets of Chicago. They sleep on the sidewalks in 30 degree weather. It’s horrible.

I’m from Detroit and I don’t recommend coming here to live. I absolutely love my city but I can’t stay in my city. 🙏🏽 I stay about 30 minutes outside of Detroit in southeast Michigan but I’m always back and forth for work and visiting family. My parents had to move us out the ghetto when we were young and we thank them for it. 🖤 it’s a special city, I’ll tell you that. #Detroit #313

I'm sorry, it's so sad to leave your home. Detroit is still great . Great people
I was born and reared in Detroit MI, 7 Mike Red zone. It’s brutal but I still have friends and family there! I joined the U.S. Army to escape. Sad sad sad
I used to go to Steels Scuba Diving Shop in Oakland. This was back in the early 1970s. It wasn't bad in the daytime, but at night, it became dangerous. I haven't been there since 1983.
People can only control themselves ❤
What America needs is law reforms. Punishment for proven crime committed.
I Wish I could agree but there are plenty of laws on the books. The way we distribute justice is the true problem. For profit prisons are not a good thing.
America already has laws in place. They just need to enforced!!!
Better start from the top then because that's where most of the corruption/crimes are being taken place 💯.

Newyork City, philadelphia, chicago, losangles and portland.

Detroit gots the baddest brotha’s on the planet. They make Port au Prince look like a tropical stop for a cruise ship.
Not all of Detroit is bad
@@landebanks5886 You are right. But some Detroiters are worse than bad. I grew up there. And now that the citizens have discovered gunpowder it’s worse than bad.
Bs. I'll much rather visit Detroit than Port Au Prince
@@qman66 I came up in Detroit and worked in Port Au Prince. The brothas in Detroit acted out in 1967 and it took the 82nd Airborne, the Michigan State Police, the Detroit Police Department, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department and the Michigan National Guard to quiet things down. The 82nd even brought 105mm howitzers with them. With all that it still took 10 or 12 days to calm things down. Detroit also had the reputation of being the murder capital of the world, and the world knew it. On Belle Isle, the brothas and sistas danced the Freeky Deeky and people ended up killing each other. The bodies got stuffed in the storm drains and in the Spring, when the snow melted, the streets flooded. How do I know that? I worked on Belle Isle.
Haiti has gangs like any major American city. And Haitian politics are a mess. But the Haitian people? They are busy trying to find something to eat, something to cook with and the fortunate few that have cars, gasoline to drive with. Haiti is a sad case, but Detroit? Detroit is different. There are places in Detroit where the police won’t go. They say it’s not worth it. Detroit’s brothas so bad they make the devil tremble and his knees knock.
I live in a deep red borough in Amish country. The last murder here was in 2002..that's 22 years ago. I love it here. This borough is awesome and our law enforcement keeps it that way😊
All white people live there
I saw a video on the Amish and how the young women were sexualy assaulted by members of your community. The community protected the person that committed the assault, not the women that were assaulted. It was awful to see how these young women were shund for coming forward. Sounds exactly like the Catholic church and the Mormons. You religious folks are such hypocrites pretending that you're better than others. Better at covering things up.
I went to Baltimore for 3 weeks for work last year but I don't feel that this is a dangerous to live, actually, there are a lot of government programs given to these poor people, especially the housing given to the poor people
Wow, God help us, God bless the USA .
Baltimore has my heart always! Such a beautiful city with amazing people!
From Chicago I can tell you that most of the crime happens in a few areas of the city and most of the city does not see bad levels of crime.
As of now... Anywhere in the world we are not safe anymore!
I was born iin Chicago and grew up there. Beautiful city❤
I love it. It's becoming extremely overpopulated, but anytime I've visited it's always been great. I've stayed at the downtown Hilton by the L twice, and I felt perfectly safe exploring by myself at night. If I'd have walked 3 blocks further south maybe not so much, but I don't know of any booming or dying metropolis that doesn't have those high crime pockets.
NYC can get bad but Camden NJ is a different breed
In recent years, even months, Oakland crime has really been on the rise. It's just plain off the chain now. Businesses don't last in Oaktown now. Walmart: they shut down their only Oakland store. Dennys: gone now. In n Out: gone. There were a couple of malls in Oakland at one time; nope. Gone. Major companies have hired private security firms to protect their employees during lunch and have advised the workers to stay at work and not venture out during lunch and breaks. It's like a sickness that keeps festering and getting worse. I love Oakland but I hate that crime is so out of hand here. Most of the pictures of "Oakland" shown was really the skyline of San Francisco, not Oakland. But Oakland is STILL a beautiful, diverse city with tons of culture and MANY nice areas. Some are wealthy. Beverly Hills rich! And many, many good, beautiful people. Sadly, it's no longer home to Major league sports teams.😪
Blame the democrats…cmon you are one of them…blame yourself!
New York, Washington, Los Angeles….missing from your list 🤔

They’re not even showing Oakland California, they’re showing San Francisco
I know right!I grew up in Oakland California from Africa Liberia
East St Louis Mo. is without a doubt the most dangerous city I have ever been in and I didn't stay long there for 3 hours and saw 2 crimes committed time to go.
I've cruised through East St.Louis (which is in Illinois, not Missouri,)when I was visiting St.Louis and it's STRAIGHT UP SCARY and very depressing. I felt unsafe and asked myself what the hell I was doing even driving around East STL.
Great video! Some of these locations we hear about the crime and shutting down of shops and restaurants very often. This is a great reminder. (FYI- I noticed #6 Slide says Cleveland Ohio instead of Oakland California unless I read them incorrectly)
