I am doing great with my budget . I cut cable and replace it with free apps that shows movies and the news . I stop eating out and I cook more at home . I
cancel my gym membership and I do my exercise workout at home watching RUclips exercise videos. I also purchase things that I need when they are on sale. Those changes took a little getting used too, but I was determined to make that change. Thank you for always sharing those helpful information.

I’m focussing on my health at the moment going through menopause and discovering I’m deficient in b12 ( which made me really ill and my sleep was suffering), I also have a bad back so I’m focusing my movement on Pilates etc to help manage my back pain and make it stronger x If I loose weight it’s a bonus x
