Except Alex doesn’t falter in her goal. Lucina basically doesn’t kill Robin because her dad tells her or worse, she’s married to Robin. Alex doesn’t care what alignment you are, she wants you dead and your crew because she believes that’s the way to save the world. Even when she’s losing she still believes she can save the world. I don’t think it’s a Awakening rip off if the character is written a bit better than Lucina who’s just a flat character in an other interesting cast of characters
So I've been thinking about Alex's whole plan and it doesn't make sense the mission is successful more or less because of the MC so killing him just dooms the world but letting the MC live also dooms the world so honestly her only bet it to just convince you to adjust some things anything other kind of result is just instant failure.

I’m not a big fan of Alex in this game, but I like the idea of the character herself. She would have been better as the main character of another mainline spinoff.
Honestly? I think she would have been a fantastic epilogue protagonist. Imagine if this game did the new endings like the 8th Days in Devil Survivor Overclocked, but instead it's a bit longer and you play as Alex and in the end, she fights the protagonist who's either a paragon of law or a monster of chaos. Neutral, maybe the protagonist is too complacent? The final battle with the Three Wise Men would have still been there but instead, you'd fight them as Alex and create the New endings from there. Honestly, I do like Alex as a character, even if I wish she was implemented better. The ideas surrounding her are interesting and I overall do like her inclusion than not.

I dunno, when I fought this battle Amon was the primary threat. Alex just spams Claiomh Solais, which makes her a non-issue. Shaytan has Luster Soul, but is unlikely to open the fight with it. Since Shaytan is also weak to Riot Gun it's not unreasonable for an endgame demon to two shot him with buffs/debuffs. Amon reflects bullets, drains fire, can smack you with AoE paralysis and can decide your party kills itself for 3 turns thanks to beguiling glare. Amon is the primary threat, but also the hardest one to hurt. In the end, eliminating Shaytan before he could use Luster Soul, then killing Alex was easier than trying to mess with Amon.
Ski Gloves It's not a hard fight even on Expert difficulty. I fused Alice with Salvation and Luster Candy, she is immune to ailments. Fused Vishnu with Dekaja, Antichton and some elemental skills. Fused another demon with Dekunda and some random spells (Myriad Arrows for example). You can have a ring with some ailment protection doing a certain Ex Mission.
Isn't Vishnu level 86? I was only level 80 by the time I beat Shekinah. Regardless, if your party managed to beat Mem Aleph, then Alex should be a non-issue. For the chaos route she's a bigger issue, since she's fought prior to Pillar Zelenin. Amon was the primary threat. He made me fail the fight once because I Riot Gunned myself and a second time because of Beguiling Glare hitting everyone who could cure it. But Yggdrasil hitting Alex for 5000 made the fight a non-issue.
Ski Gloves Yeah, i wanted to fuse Kali for the NG+ (Impossible Mode), i grinded before the Mem Aleph fight, but you can use Pale Rider or Amaterasu instead of Vishnu.

As much as I like strange journey getting a remaster, I also HATE that you're basically forced to follow Alex path to get a "proper" ending, otherwise, all of your paths lead to doom for mankind and it basically boils down to "what color do you want your name to be?"
Well, the endings in Vanilla were already heavily skewed in Neutral's favor with Chaos and Law being at their worst in this game (and SMT4:A). These allowed for more balance in the choices, so Law and Chaos become legit choices, without taking away their ''extreme'' versions.

As for neutral, the possibility of humanity getting fucked up and dying has always been part of Neutral. It is supposed to be the hardest part, leaving humanity's fate to humans, acknowledging that may not actually work out but you are still gonna try. In this case, it sadly didn't work out. But multiple universes exist in SMT, so what Alex says really doesn't matter. Nothing says another version of the future didn't end with better odds, or couldn't end with better odds.
I don't know i trust in alex plan... in SMT the time traveler characters are often wrong and way to extreme i mean good old raidou had to deal with a time traveller who wanted to destroy and kill everyone in tokyo to save the future and the time traveler ended up getting killed there too, but at the same time the time travelers failure brought the creation of multiple split timelines thay caused both salvation to some worlds and doom to others so there is a chance alex does not know what she 8s talking about

Use mitamas to buff your demon's low stats. It isn't specifically stated anywhere, but your strength stat affects your physical defense, and magic stat affects your magic defense.

She probably had one way ticket to the past and her only goal was to kill Zelenin, Jimenez and protag to "save the world" (which made no sense either way cuz if he dies Schwarzwelt just destroys Earth before her future ever happens). It's a plot hole 0_0 It really only makes sense in Neutral route since you can kinda say by that time in the future we would have invented time travel but when you think about it in Law and Chaos it really fallsapart since all technology is destroyed in those endings.

Well, if you have thor, he is the best option in expert, actually I had to fuse one with gun skill and kill faster the demon spamming his luster candy version. I know she is a problem (one hit kill most demons if no res or debuffs, but just fusr a thor before her if you didnt have him against MA), in the original you wouldnt have this battle
It's really sad to see how Redux retconned the original neutral ending to be a "bad ending" where everyone died. But you know what's even worse? This series blasphemising the name of THE LORD! Petition Atlus to re-release ALL SMT games on modern platforms with all mentions of the christain god REPLACED WITH YALDABOATH, THE FALSE GOD OF GNOSTIC MYTHOLOGY. She probably had one way ticket to the past and her only goal was to kill Zelenin, Jimenez and protag to "save the world" (which made no sense either way cuz if he dies Schwarzwelt just destroys Earth before her future ever happens). And if protag agrees to help her she kinda dissappears because new future is created

@@НикитаСоколов-д5р her plan probably involves herself taking the place of the protagonist, judging by the cutscene though, it seems that sometime after protag dies, she dies as well, probably to zeus, because she's weak to electric.
It's a plot hole 0_0 It really only makes sense in Neutral route since you can kinda say by that time in the future we would have invented time travel but when you think about it in Law and Chaos it really fallsapart since all technology is destroyed in those endings.

Young JoJo dunno if you get those special fusions specificly, i did all endings in 1 Playthrough by staying neutral and make the choice at gore to shift ailgment

Well, if you have thor, he is the best option in expert, actually I had to fuse one with gun skill and kill faster the demon spamming his luster candy version. I know she is a problem (one hit kill most demons if no res or debuffs, but just fusr a thor before her if you didnt have him against MA), in the original you wouldnt have this battle

It's really sad to see how Redux retconned the original neutral ending to be a "bad ending" where everyone died. But you know what's even worse? This series blasphemising the name of THE LORD! Petition Atlus to re-release ALL SMT games on modern platforms with all mentions of the christain god REPLACED WITH YALDABOATH, THE FALSE GOD OF GNOSTIC MYTHOLOGY. Persona 5 did this, and every other SMT that includes the false God (SMT1, 2, 4A, etc) should too! Heresy to this calibur must not stand!
