It takes talent to make music that sounds this bad. Not think it sounds bad? Try humming the melody. Good horror movie background music though.

Well, well...his music is as pompous and didactic as the rest of his writing.

No, his musical experiment is not interesting. But what do a man who has been coming back to Adorno's writing time after time for his entire life think when he reads a line like yours? Mmn... the arrogance of an amateur.

Francisco Eduardo Vargas Flores day what you want but dialectic of enlightenment is one of my favorite philosophical works ever. Are you a Kant fan and don’t like Adorno’s eclecticism or something?

I think it's the opposite of "pompous and didactic"
What is it trying to "teach"? What vanity is it trying to show off?
Personally I'm not a fan of Adorno, but most people treat him as some sort of authoritarian demagogue, when he was just a (very) disillusioned 19th century german intelectual who saw his world and everything he cherished being torn to pieces throughout his life
(also, he has some uninteresting music, but these studies are quite nice, even lyrical)
