Bruh it's a feel-good high school karate show. Who the hell cares. If everything needs to be 100% accurate for you to enjoy it, I legit feel sorry for you
it's actually pretty realistic. When I was 8 one 7 yo bully started to bully other 7 yo, but he was too weak so he asked other bully for help, they shouted at each other for few minutes then they started to fight and after whole fight teacher came to scold bullied kid for fighting. I was 29 when I've seen teacher stopping school fight for first time in my life.

He meets Johnny Lawrence who teaches him the ways of being a badass kid. From a no one to a someone. Cobra Kai style has been dead for years and years that everyone has forgotten it, but Johnny had brought back up. Yes the other seasons were good but they just go a little overboard. Season one was the best hands down. I remember purchasing RUclips red just to watch it.
This is true but honestly despite how ridiculous it got when Netflix took over, I think there’s still time to save it, and I get the vibe they’re going to head that way. Johnny and Daniel reconciliation, kreese redemption, the kids eventually learning the miyagi principle of not fighting is best, while still not being push overs. Finding balance.
William Zabka turning into Mr Miyagi is the best plot twist ever. He shows so much growth as an actor and a man. We often see evolution from girl to lady. But it’s nice to see evolution from a wayward son to a fully grown gentleman and father figure. Seeing Robby apologize to Johnny was a real full circle moment.

A girl that that seen it told me he roundhouse kicked the dude passed out and took a lunch tray to the other dudes throat before putting him in an arm bar that about broke that dudes arm.
