Buck Rail is indeed an excellent company with excellent products. I am enjoying the Crosman 13xx add-ons and am thoroughly impressed, especially with the noise reduction and ease of installation. I am also enjoying watching your videos, sir. Excellent entertainment with highly condensed, high quality content. PS, have you gotten into blowguns yet? I bet you would have fun with this challenging way to send yet another projectile.
Great review as ever short and snappy no bull . I too have purchased items from buck Rail and I was impressed with delivery and the bits I got - on a side note I once accidentally shot myself in the foot with a CP2 had to have surgery to have the pellet removed! Keep up the great work.
@@PlanetDrewdog no I shot myself through the ankle whilst changing the co2 . Pellet lodged in my foot though - hurt quite a bit tbqh - hospital staff thought it was hilarious!
Love the cp2. Glad to hear your back working and doing ok mate. You should consider doing some reviews, the quality of your videos is excellent. You could really take off if you wanted to.
Thanks brother. Yeah I'm happy to do reviews, but I'd have to have the 'product' over a lengthy period of time - which few sponsors would do. I can't in good conscience make a meaningful review unless I've used and abused a product, if you know what I mean. That's why I've only really reviewed stuff I own so far.
theres a dedicated cp2 channel on face book , lots of stuff on pcp conversions , love norfolk and your set up looks great keep expecting a jack russell to make an appearance
@@PlanetDrewdog With a few easy mods, they can hit pretty hard and still get 40 shots a charge with less of the palaver of a pcp. Stronger hammer spring and drill out the transfer port. But, keeping it real, springers are where its at. None of this puff gun malarkey, the aesthetic is as important as the functionality, if not more. Few get that but I reckon you do. Nothing tops the feeling of hitting the mark with a fine mechanical spring rifle, I'm sure you'd agree.
Their stormrider kit makes me want one too! {looking so much better than the original kit} But with the warranty and detuning in kenada I most likely will get a 2240 instead [And Ive already made a Buck Rail wishlist for it 😅]
Great vid drew , looking forward to the next one , just out of interest have you seen the new webley nemesis pcp , cheap light and full power im looking to replace my cpc with one and a pard 008 for Rattus norvegicus
At my age it's all about the weight. Ounces become pounds a pounds become pain. Carrying in the jungle/woods I usually go with a single point sling . Cheers 🍻
Hi 🤠 After watching your videos I just ordered the Snowpeak CP-2 as is called here. I also look at the Crossman Margfire Extreme Nitro Piston rifle in 22, which has a 7 shot magazine and does 900 fps. But I went for the CP-2 because the Crossman weights 32 pounds and is 45.5 inches long... which is a big log to carry around and does not fit in a day pack. I also found a video from Brazil where they put on a PCP chamber on the CP2. I still need to translate the video 🤣 but it seems different people has tinkered with the CP2 to add more power. *** Could you provide more information on the brand and models for the CP-2 upgrade you did?
Hi - good choice, it's a great little shooter. The parts I used (AR adjustable stock, AR pistol grip, triple rail Picatinny) were all supplied by Buck Rail buck-rail.com/ www.youtube.com/@BuckRailAirguns Really great friendly service from this company - highly recommended.
I always want to know the spec on the rifle, if its low powered I'm not so interested. Low power equals, toy. Great vid though, I enjoy your honesty. I still don't know anything about the rifle in this vid, which is a shame.
To be honest this is a review of the Buck Rail 'add-ons' as requested by some of my viewers, less about the rifle really. You raise a good point though, I don't think I've I've made a video on the CP-2 in its standard form. In short - it's been totally reliable. It's simple to maintain, and in pistol form (UK) produces 5 plus FPE, and in rifle form 8 to 9 FPE unmodified. These rifles are easily modified to push the UK legal limit. Light positive trigger, shot count on mine (modified) 30 shots per CO2. Superbly accurate to 40yrds. If I may recommend the review made by AAR On Air you tube channel on the CP-2, I believe that may answer any questions you may have. ruclips.net/video/I90PTFCdWfY/видео.html
If power is your thing, you are missing the point. This is about precision and the aesthetics of marksmanship. You wouldn't perform surgery with and ax. At least I hope not if you wanted it to be successful. Don't you know giants can be slain by a slingshot?

Thank you kindly. Blow gun sounds like something I should try!
That looks rather awesome, particularly with the camo finish! 👍🙂
Thanks 👍
An Ammo sponsor might be nice. Good video brother. I’m always glad to see your post.
