It's because of how the game is programmed, for whatever reason they programmed it so Hazama's hat and his jacket absolutely HAVE to be the same color, that's why they didn't give him a Torchwick skin because his hat and jacket are two different colors, it's very stupid but that's apparently the reason why they did that
I love how Hilda and Neo actually highlights both of their personalities in their lines. Hilda loves toying with her opponents, never finishing them off until the grand climax she envisions. While Neo is similar with toying with opponents, moreso in the past, this is Neo from after she came back in the show. She is still trollish but she takes fights seriously, like she did with her attempt to kill Cinder. She can't afford to take any more risks and play around, especially not after what happened to Torchwick.
I really enjoy that when Blake calls Neo she says "Smoke and mirrors" considering that both their Semblances are illusion based with Neo's literally being mirror-like.
Kinda makes you want a bit more reaction with Hazama. Being how Hazama kinda reminds me of who used to be Neo's partner. "hm? Why are you always making sure no bird comes around me Neo?"

I love how Hilda and Neo actually highlights both of their personalities in their lines. Hilda loves toying with her opponents, never finishing them off until the grand climax she envisions. While Neo is similar with toying with opponents, moreso in the past, this is Neo from after she came back in the show. She is still trollish but she takes fights seriously, like she did with her attempt to kill Cinder. She can't afford to take any more risks and play around, especially not after what happened to Torchwick.
Also Hilda is basically just Salem, she even has a colour that references her
