- Hey, guess what? It's another RWBY Chibi Montage, because I felt like it! This time it's everyone's favourite cute, murderous, and mute ice cream girl, Neo! I honestly thought that somebody already made a Chibi video compilation for Neo, but I could not find anything like that on here, so allow me to take care of that for you.

Hey, guys. That nice mute lady with the brown and pink hair and eyes gave me her parasol and a pint of Neapolitan ice cream. I want to give the parasol to my sister, and the ice cream seems like a nice treat. But I'm curious to what some of these buttons on this thing do. *pushes a button that ejects a small blade in the top of the parasol, stabbing Coach Lombardi in the shoulder and injecting a small dose of toxic Dust* Oops. Eh, he'll be okay. Besides, now my sister is _really_ gonna love this parasol because it's elegant AND dangerous. Well, I'm going home so I can give this to my sister and eat my ice cream. Wait a minute, there's a warning label on it. "WARNING: Neo's Neapolitan Ice Cream is considered a hazard by the Remnant Food Bureau. Eat at your own risk. It's probably poison." Interesting. Luckily, if things go wrong with this seemingly toxic ice cream, the nice gentleman next to her gave me this card for a lawyer. But like I'd need it, you can't go wrong with ice cream.

That one scene looked a little odd: Neo was holding a sign saying 'Nice footwork, dum-dum' aimed at Mercury, yet she, Cinder, and Emerald were all wearing stiletto high heels. At least it wasn't Melanie Malachite who did Mercury's gaffe...
it is more on the case that mercury has amazing agility and has a neat martial art skill... yet he forgot his foot gun safety is not on.

Kind of like a chaotic neutral force, but with vengeful intentions. Seems like the kind of skullduggery Roman would've been fond of if he hadn't been under Cinder's thumb back when.

Roman being me favorite character ever. Yes, I want him back. But I kinda want him to come back as some sort of half man thing. (Sorta like the hound). But not really, like half face But his other half is a mutant grimm thing. I think that would create a really interesting sub plot between Roman and Neo. Maybe Neo would have to end up killing Roman? Either way, I think it'd be cool. Roman's my favorite character, and his weapon (melodic cudgel) is my favorite weapon too. So I want to see him back, that would be awsome!

Neo is an absolute delight to watch in this! Her antics with Torchwick have easily been my favourite parts of RWBY Chibi - her seriousness and sarcasm compliments his hamminess so well, and it's clear to see they really do care about one another.
The fact that Neo wore Roman's hat in the series before Volume 6 is a nice bit of foreshadowing.
