i have had to put all my calmness back in me from the past few years. i noticed a huge change in co workers to me its not even a slight change its a huge change how they speak to me and ask me questions. calmness is a very big role into becoming a better person... i suspect people look up to you if your very calm. its hard to explain but i meet people daily now because of it.
No I don't agree with the words character I'd doing the right thing when nobody is looking. I believe she must have been meant: Integrity is doing the right thing also when nobody is looking. It's about what integrity is, what she meant to explain. Otherwise I think she did not know what she was talking about. We all have different characters. So the character is one thing and the integrity is the other. Maybe it's possible that in that character is integrity what comes out.
what if the person or persons play fake or front two faced people say what people there around what they want to hear to get them too look great when they are not
