Yes the line is “light up your wrist”, as in pulse raising. 😏 It’s not a very subtle song.
Fun Fact:"Highway to Heaven" was filmed in California or Las Vegas during NCT-127's North American concert tour in 2019, and they also performed this song in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade while they were in New York during that same tour. It's another one of their English songs, just like "Regular," created to be a part of their U.S. promotions.
Keep in mind that NCT-127 is supposed to be the unit that is marketed more to a western/ international audience, so their songs have a more western style and feel to them. I mean 99% of the songs on the radio in the U.S. are about sex or use sexual innuendo in the lyrics. So, yes this song is supposed to be sexy. By releasing an English version of "Highway to Heaven" NCT-127 is trying to appeal to that mainstream audience that has no idea about Kpop by giving them something they are more familiar with, and by doing that SM hopes to eventually get those people to check out their other songs, which will hopefully lead to them slowly being drag into Kpop in general, etc.
This song really is great for the summer, and I like that it is in English so that I can sing along. They are all gorgeous in this video too, but honestly, why is Taeyong THAT beautiful?
Fairly certain they filmed this during their North American tour in 2019. So they had a concept and the boys and went with it lol

It kinda looks like a men’s cologne commercial to me, though the guys probably had fun frolicking in the California desert. If you have time, please watch the behind the scenes video for this; highlights include them trying to find a lizard, and Taeyong and Doyoung getting into a slap fight. 😂
