It got even crazier when about 30 minutes later I hear someone (who was standing there, not driving) yell from the bridge "how big was that drum you caught??" I guess truck guy wanted more details!
Hi Nolan, I’m the guy who watched you clean the fish Saturday night at the marina. The old one. When we spoke, I said sheepshead are on my bucket list and I’m from New Jersey. The other day I got a hold of some sand fleas, and was fishing and I hooked into my first sheepshead. It was huge. I was using a light line rig and broke off just above the hook at least I got to see it. I was fishing on the jetty with a super high tide and wind. I enjoyed your video and will be following you from now on.
Nice video. The tarpon are moving North more and more, it seems. Someone caught one in the surf at night, I think, last month in Massachusetts. Keep the content coming.
Super cool, I grew up big game fishing on tarpon with light tackle in South America , man I want to move to Florida now, it brings back good memories, when those dinosaur are on boy are they on🤙
Great video buddy! I have a Hobie outback and I am alway looking to modify my Kayak. I like where you placed the fishfinder. Can you share how and what you used to place it in the bow?
Bro I know you have a crab!!! Freeline crab is instant game over trout fillet or Croaker anything meat 😂yelling at my phone to take the lead off no knocker free lined 😂😂😂
There is a lot that happened that isn't in this video. Blue crabs included. Fish were gone once we had proper tackle, really we had an hour or so with fish around and only had trout fishing equipment with us when that was happening
@nolanminor6761 bro don't tell me you freelined a blue crab and didn't get bit by those rollers??? I live in the Keys and it's an automatic usually if you see that as long as you use flouro and no weight if you did and didn't get bit that was one unlucky setup!! I was in the Indian River one day years ago when I first moved to Florida and had my first experience with Tarpon and your video reminded me of that day. I tried everything and was about to give up and got the bite, big fish like 120ish that took me around 4 pilings and snapped me off in about 3 secs and my addiction was fueled 🤣🤣
been feeding on your videos this past week. Im sold, and subbed
Good video, love the honking truck. Fishermen are the friendlier sort. Keep up the good work!
