Who else thought the vegetables fell out by accident but
Amaan Naveed me! ^^
lisa did
Amaan Naveed totally did.
What a mess. Looks delicious but I would never make this.
Thank God that Jamie's camera man doesn't rely on a telescope to record his cooking unlike a certain someone xD
XD mr.ramsay needs to fire that guy
beymonster for real.
Huge Jamie fan, but I also adore Ramsay when he cooks in his home and does those videos. He's a good bloke, and great with kids. But like you said, those extremely insane close-ups are studid.
i dont understand why people don't like the camera view on gordon's channel. i really like it.
The thing is you cannot hate one chef just because you are a fan of the another
Had my tefal Jamie pan for almost 8 years now and it's still a brilliant pan. looking a bit ropey these days but it does the job still. Love the recipe too, crispy fish skin is a wonderful thing! Monkfish would be good in this too I reckon. A bit expensive but it's a tasty fish 🐟🐟🐟
We love Monkfish - great idea Adam!
Love the taco dough - easy and I'll try it soon! "Charring ... controlled burning..." haha
I'm Puerto Rican and I love tacos. Being a veggie lover and this creativity is right up my alley. Def will make.
Thank you Oliver!!
Absolutely love this recipe! I made it a few months ago and it lived up to it's high expectations! Would highly recommend!

Glad that more and more chipotle flavored products are coming to the UK. One of my favourite spicy flavors and have missed it dearly since I left the states many years ago.
Drezzek01 they sell dried chipotle paste and seeds/flakes at sainsburys. Together with fried pork mince and onion, the paste is wicked.
Drezzek01 you can do your own chipotles. Get fresh red jalapeños, smoked them and then dry them in the sun. boom
Iv made chipotle several times on my parents smoker, they have a giant oil drum style smoker grill and it does a good job of it.
Andres Garza How long should I dry them out in the sun?
Professor Kit it depends on where you live I guess. usually take 2-3 days using a cheese cloth hanging on the porch of your house with direct sunshine, but jefe you are gonna uses your sensorial senses to determine it. Dry chipotles have a spongy flesh in the inside
The thing is, Tefal pans are actually awesome for how cheap they are, i get at least ( I cook almost every day ) 3 years out of each one and I've been using them since before Jamie came along to promote them.
I love myself some tasty fish tacos!! Yum!!
simple but super delicious dish! that's why I love foodtube so much 😋👏 keep going!!
Omg these look Absolutely amazing cant wait to try these !!!
Those fish tacos looks so colorful, healthy and delicious! I am always looking for more healthy recipes! I will check out your cookbook.
Thank you!
I know that Jamie doesn't do the music design, but seeing as he was a teenager in the 80s he has gotta be loving the retrowave
Jamie you are true inspiration! I hope I meet you one day. I am starting with small steps to become a chef.
On my way to eating more healthy foods so thanks very much for the recipe and the video..
Great recipe, Jamie! I always admire your work! Cheers!
"TACKos?"
0:22 "PAN" hahaha
It looks delicious and easy to make, I'll give it a try.. From Philippines with love 👌
Enjoy Scout!
You need to leave the jalapeño's seeds in to get that hot, spicy flavor, instead of using hot sauce. When we make sauces, we use only the vegetables and don't add hot sauce, and we get some spicy stuff.
Iunno Jamie, if caramelization is controlled burning, then you definitely lost control on that kiwi
Those Tacos look amazing!
Aaaaand he never disappoints. I'm in love !
I love my Tfal pans as well🤗
Jamie is the best!!! ♥
Kiwi in the salsa, what a great twist!
Fish tacos are amazing
I’m Mexican American living in Australia. Have anyone actually try this? Please let me know. Looks delicious!
such a lovely meal!
Jamie is the MAN. Didn't do those tacos yet, but they look awesome. Anyone tried? I don't like kiwi too much, I have a single doubt about using.
*Fantastic!*
we're waiting for more Jamie!!!
Wonderful Jamie! Can you please do some Ramadan recipes as well. 1.8 Billion people observing Ramadan atm mostly fasting everyday. This is one of your fan from them. Love and peace

Jamie Super ❣ Thank you so much 😊
Parsley, fried trout skins. Smoked barley
I bought two pans they are amazing
ow i tried it before but not like that! look yummy

i bought those pots for my mom , she very happy with them.
Its very easy and simple and delicious healthy and super fast ✌️👍🏻😉😍❤️💐🇬🇧🇮🇶🌸
Exactly!
Any ideas on a durable, budget kitchen worktop other than laminate?
Just be careful and buy alot of wood cutting boards. Do all of your work on a cutting board never touch my counters unless to wipe down with bleach solution. I even make a simple sandwich on a cutting board.
BEAUTIFUL
THANK YOU!
hi there Jaime, what is the recipe for the tortilla dough? thanks very much! I will make this delicious recipe, mmmm that red cabbage watered my mouth. :-)
I love you and the way you cook. You taught me so much, thank you Jamie! Big love from Italy ❤
Big love Alice!
Yum
Sorry Jamie but I've owned "T-Fal Cookware", I will never buy another piece as long as I live! Over and above that, Love your cooking style! I have followed you for years! Keep up the good work!
Looking delicious, and the recipe too! Lol
SUPER SUPER DELICIOUS
Hi, am Ukrainian and i really liked this 👍
Hi Jamie I really like your vids cuz I cook very well but often lack the nutritional substitution knowledge, my main roadblock is that I am a college student and don't have a whopping amount to spend on groceries to eat the best, would you make a vid explaining tips on how to cook healthily in a college students lifestyle thanks
I prefer this videos that tasty channel
I love him! He's an excellent cuisinière! 💖💖💖💖
Eat that Jamie. How could you not?
Those tack-o's look delicious
They do! But nothing beats my tuna from a can tacos with extra hot sauce. All you need is a can of tuna, a can opener, tortillas, and some hot sauce.
👌👌
Why not any oil? Cold pressed Oils are good for us and add flavor!
Stone ground pan. About time. Look through your old and replace.
i love being healthy
couple of questions:
1. I often see people go into teflon pans with metal cutlery, while I learned to never do that to prevent scratching the coating. is there anything to it? or are modern teflon pans just better than they were 20 years ago?
2. how do you eat these? it doesn't look like you can roll them up when they're this heaped with food :D
A taco is folded in half with filling in the middle. A burrito is rolled. However we say anything in a tortilla is some kind of taco. So my mom made us scrabled eggs and bacon and rolled them up burrito style and said come and get your egg tacos. Heh heh Breakfast of champions.
Love yyyouuu
I am Mexican, and I approved this 👌
Andres Garza I was gonna say that, little details here and there, I like my tortillas to puff up. But the kiwi salsa gave me an idea...have you tried mango salsa? It's like poco de gallo, but with cubed mango...that could work with kiwi as well!!!
Frank Pichardo actually another way to make a creamy tomatillo salsa verde is adding grill zuchinni to the blend. We used that sauce on every taco a la canasta.
Never tried kiwi&fish, sounds interesting :)
We're so glad we make the grade Andres - thank you!
How many USA cups to 100 grams please?
If you haven't already, could you do a video on tips about kitchen hygiene?
We'll add it to our list!
You want the heat from the jalapeno buuuuuut you removed the seeds, so, how's that work?
Chipotle answered my question I think.
Chunkily is my favourite way to chop things, also, getting my first Santoku this week I think, very excited.
This is just my opinion, but I think for that amount of ingredient, I'd make bigger tortillas. Looks pretty great though.
HI. I'm a Korean. your big fan :D . I purchased 'Everyday Super Food Korean Edition'. I tried to make it, but it is hard to get the ingredients like (rucola, time) in Korea, and it seems that the beginner is too hard to cook. How do i become skilled enough to perfect what came out of a cookbook?
Practice, or change things up the way you'd like it, or so it becomes a little more easy
Weird that you can't find thyme and rucola in Korea, no Italian restaurants? You could always grow your own thyme and rucola, you can find seeds online.
David Smolders Yes it is hard to find an Italian restaurant in Korea T_T. Thyme can be purchased in a small number of markets, but most people do not even know what Lucola is :(
Are you able to find dried herbs? They will last a lot longer than the fresh ones and will still taste really good, you just need to use slightly less of them. If you can't find rucola (rocket/arugula) then you can always use some spinach and add a little more pepper (as rucola has a peppery taste). Like someone else has said, you can definitely swap out ingredients to options that are easier for you to get. Good luck!
Jess Noack
I really appreciate your advice. But I have to make a few mistakes about swap the ingredients. Because I'm a beginner. XD
Incrível!! Muito bom! :) #amazing
haddock is so expensive here in Florida. tacos are supposed to be a bargain meal. I wonder what fish caught in the gulf would work?
Any sustainably caught fish would be great!
what kind of flour did he use for the tacos?
Just wholemeal I think
Mexicans use and street tacos are usually corn, not flour, so saying wholgrain or whole meal does not tell us corn or wheat?
"roll it..." and pass the duchie
cool
is it possible to even close the taco?
Jamie Oliver- needs to practice making chapatis so he can roll it into a perfect round. Oblong tacos- okay if it’s Jamie Oliver’s! 😀. Sure it Tastes wonderful!
Recipe looks great, any substitutes if your allergic to kiwi?
Paul McDonald mango
Pineapple. Peach nectarines mangos
nice
That accent 😻😻
HELLOO MY NAMES NIIINOOOOOOO!!!!!!
timza123 i think the only one that like your comment was you.
I think my roomie burned the pan but it doesn't non stick anymore. great pan though!!
What kind of flour did he use, I didn't get it
fenamesli regular flour. flour + vegetable lard, salt+ water
Andres Garza alright, thanks :)
whole... wheat flour? For taco shells?
Adam Rivera well in mexico we use both whole wheat or refined wheat to make flour tortillas but the most consumed are refined wheat
Yes but i never made without lard, bacon grease, vegetable or shortening or veg oil and salt. And most people use baking powder. Mom did not so i dont. And i knead forever until it is elasticky. Thats why i dont make flour tortillas very often. I think people will be making rocks or glue with flour and water. I want to try but i will add salt. I thought he made corn. Corn you just add water and salt. Press and cook.
These tacos look appetizing. Unfortunately, my stomach can't tolerate fish & yogurt together.
I like verical seafood taco
why do people keep calling tortillas 'tacos'? That's like calling a slice of bread a sandwich 😂😂
the kiwis were burnt, and you can tell because the ones he puts in the blender arent the same ones he cooked.
Lets look at seconds of spinach dough.
epic!
"Tec-Oes? I love Tec-Oes. Especially on a corn Tor-Tilla" "Oh I love Tec-Oes on a corn Tor-Tilla".
hi :)
have a nice week :)
puppylover you too! :)
Hannah Plas ❤
Thanks puppylover - you too!
Super Jimie super,im u fan 7 age
Jamie do you know the difference between caramelised and burnt?
a quick pickle, a quickle
What a great word!
what kind of fish is that?
Haddock
What? I searched for Salmon tacos. No wonder it didnt look pink but im making salmon tacos
1:20 It's called caramelisation now? In my time it was called burned as f.
Pretty much. What would've been sent back as burnt food in a restaurant 20 years ago is now called caramelised :D
And if you want to try real fresh fish tacos with fresh salsas an fresh tortillas come visit Mexico!
I'm doing just that, I'll be in Mexico at the end of August to taste your delicious food
This looks like taco made by a British chef who's never lived by a Mexican.
Noah Kelchner o
To be honest it looks delicious and more Mexican than many mexican food like recipes i've seen on the internet
Noah Kelchner that’ll be because he is! What does his nationality have to do with his ability to create some nice food? Are you really stupid enough to think only Indians should/can cook Indian food, only black people cook soul food and only Mexicans can make burritos?
You do realise you’re racist and stupid?
PRACTICE PREPARING THIS IN AN ANTI-GRAVITY CHAMBER WITHOUT MAKING A MESS AND YOU MAY BE AWARDED A CONTRACT AS CHEF AT THE INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION.
As always with tacos: How the F* do you eat this delicious pile of mess on a plate? :D
Aargh, coriander.
With a dash of celery to almost give you a headache
You can leave it out if you'd rather!
