Hi Mihran, your videos are great. It's mirrored, and you don't distract with bling or environment. You explain clearly with different angles. But can you demonstrate the move using music at some point? Great quality video instruction.

You really need a music for spin tutorial? This is a technique lesson Chris. 1 spin is rarely 1 count, and sometimes it's on the "and" count.

Just do 1 spin twice, practice it over and over again focusing on quick transfer of weight.
