Your weight should be on your thigh of the knee that is bent and landing on the ball of your foot. So your knee shouldn't be feeling this- you should feel this mainly in your thighs and in your core and calves (as you rise back up)I think

Tips: 1. When your doing this, always wear shoes because, if your not wearing anything... it’ll hurt your feet when you drop.
2. Make sure your landing safely and I mean that, when your locking your legs, it’ll hurt your legs, so just land fast, and safely.
3. If your a beginner, when you land with your hands, don’t land it bellow your palm, since if you put pressure while landing on it, it’ll make you weaker to do this.
4. Land on a place that feels comfortable to you, so you can train there and the more you get better, you can go on hard platforms.
