I'd say if you want live action, Blade Runner is the obvious pick. I watch quite a bit of anime tho (shame on me) and I'll say you must watch Akira and Ghost in the Shell. Wings of Honneamise if you want to go for something a little less well known. It's hard though because cyberpunk is such a small genre actually and all the well known stuff is well known because its so good. It's hard to find hidden gems i'm afraid. Neo Tokyo is a good one... Lorn (if you know that artist) uses a lot of clips from it in their music vids. Good luck!
Even more? well series wise, go for Ergo proxy and Serial experiments lain. If you want some goofy live action films, give Total Recall a spin. Most 80s and 90s pysch sci-fi can fit the bill, really. Try Tron, you'll love it (legacy, meh, up to you on that one). A good book to read would be Railhead and some good comics are Paper Girls for that 80s time travel shizzle. I shouldn't have to recommend much more should I? XD
