An incredible album. Maybe it's just my painkillers that make music sound so magical, or maybe I'm just so lucky to find absolute gems lately. First Seeker by CBL, then Juche, and now Allfather.

Discovered this one on a fast burn through southern New Mexico. Went well with the change over from dusk to twilight, a pink and orange sky fading to indigo, and an empty highway illuminated only by my headlights.

It's a very interesting blend of fantasy, modern technology, and historical religions.
I think it would need more flutes for it to be "Folk".
"Norse-wave" has a lovely ring to it.

the first track made me think it was just going to be like regular synthwave but then i got to the second track and i was completely wrong. i love this
The first seconds of the first track was like "Maybe I should switch to something else..." But then I remembered to have had the same feeling about "The Age of Aquarius" by "Villagers of Ioannina City". Good that I've stayed.

The year is 20XX. It's been 3 years since Ragnarok. In the dystopian landscape, in one of the last cities in Midgard, a lone rider emerges. Driving a customized Hyundai N Vision 74 - Odin, once known as Allfather decided to rebel against SvartalfCorp - global leading weapons manufacturer and fight their oppression the only way he can: with his conviction, hacking skills, and .45 caliber barrel.
It is difficult nowadays to be surprised by music, but from time to time something appears that leave you thinking "wtf am I listening to?? that's sooo good!".
Wow... love it when The Algorithm actually recommends something good! I've listened to this whole album 4 times this afternoon and I'm sure there will be more.
This is brilliant and deserves a physical release. I would buy a cd version in a heartbeat.

I really like the mixture of synthetized sound and that of traditional instruments combined with melodic folk tunes! My personal favourite is Giantess: the beginning and end and the guitar are great!
The ending of Wield the Hammer really brought the next track to fruition

Ain't no way this video has only been up a month. My 4 year old and I LOVE IT and listen all the time. I've probably played it all the way through 20 times, not counting drives that weren't long enough to get all the way through. Or times working outside.
I'd put it in the library of music everyone on earth should hear at least once. A true masterpiece. Literally tells stories with only music. Breathtaking. Uplifting. Inspiring. Perfection.
