Listening to this right now, while reading sagas and secondary literature for a term paper I have to write..(in my minor, i study scandinavian culture and literature, mainly from medieval times. Sometimes i hate it, sometimes, with music like this, i feel like a fierce shield-maiden or meykongr)
oddly(although im not the biggest fan or anything) I get pumped with a few dimmu borgir songs. mostly cataclysm children and born treacherous. something about those songs help me brace like 30% harder... although with deadlifts I usually just yell and that's enough to get me pumped. I still have problems keeping tight sometimes during bench though this stuff on the other hand is great for just brisk walking for some light cardio

Cold shower? Try ice swimming. It makes you feel more like a man and after u get out of the water your skin burns and feels really good. Plus you become way more used to the cold and the cold doesn’t bother you nearly as much.
