I think cotoneaster is an under rated subject for bonsai. Tough as old boots. Very easy to root cuttings too!
Yes I just jabbed some of these cutting in soil and they look fine. The tree I pruned is recovering well too.
Come nel giardinaggio , anche nella prima impostazione di una pianta a bonsai , non si dovrebbero vedere mutilazioni come in questo caso
