Heya I'm looking for advice my jill has had kits I only got the Jill the other day and didn't know she was pregnant unfortunately she has had her kits in this temporary cage is it a good idea to move her and her kits in to a different cage? The kits are now 3 days old? Just wanted to know if she will eat the kits if I handle of move all of them into a new cage I've baught?

Hello mate.....this has always been a bit of a difference of opinion on jills and kitts.....personally iv always handled kitts iv bred from the day they were born but the jills I had were always very well handled and was never too bothered with me doing that, I know lots of people tend not to look or touch the kitts until they start leaving the nest some jills are a lot more protective.
Since you got the Jill the other day I would leave her in the temp cage for now as long as you keep it nice and clean her and the kitts will be fine, once they start leaving the nest a bit then move them👍 good luck with them
