Here are the ingredients:

200 grams of sugar,
30 grams of flour,
1 egg and cinnamon.
The dough:
500 grams of flour 00,
100 grams of lard,
100 grams sugar,
40 ml oil,
70 ml of water and 8 grams of salt.
