With the rules they had it works out to a birdie every hole and an eagle every par 5, which in a scramble there is gonna be a lot of birdies and eagles on par 5’s, it sounds like they figured that out and that’s what they carded, I still believe they cheated, even with their mulligans, I don’t think even with mulligans you’re gonna hit every green and 1 putt every hole.
