This track is seemingly unused(?), and there's a voiceline from Gordon in the files where he says "The radio just isn't what it used to be." which was perhaps related, it possibly could have played in the car or something. So I imagine it's cut content. Although, considering how new the game is, it could also be apart of some secret no one has encountered yet. Regardless, I thought it was hilarious and I felt I had to upload it.

I don't think it does(?) it was just in the files. So either it was an easter egg for someone going through the assets or it's a cut comedic bit from the game. I'm 90% sure it's the latter. There's also an audio clip of Gordon saying "The radio isn't what it used to be" which may have been related.
