Speaking of the Mahindra Veero truck, the vehicle is constructed on Mahindra’s “Urban Prosper Platform”, with the brand having plans to offer three different models based on different fuel configurations: Diesel, CNG and Electric. Mahindra Veero Powertrain
The Mahindra Veero diesel truck is offered in two different powertrain models as of now. It gets a 1.5-litre mDI diesel engine that produces 59.7 kW (80 hp) and 210 Nm of torque and a Turbo mCNG engine that produces a power figure of 67.2 kW (90.1 hp) and 210 Nm of torque. Both these powertrains are mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.
In terms of mileage, the diesel counterpart of the Mahindra Veero delivers 18.4 kmpl, while the CNG variant offers 19.2 km/kg fuel efficiency.
