She wants to "bring back child labor" so that kids can start working early which sounds good but in reality it is simply keeping the poorer public uneducated so that they do not know what the government is doing. Governments have been doing that for centuries in order to stay in power so that the poor people don't realize how good life actually is. So yes, we could attack him on his policies, many which he has gone back against, ex. pursuing Hillary in her email scandal, but the media decides to put his character out first because that is something that is much more easily understood than if you were to lecture someone about the importance of public schooling.

Trump does not provide anything tangible at all - no plans no nothing. He is nothing more than a salesman who knows very little of the "product" he is selling. Clinton at the least was specific, it was something tangible. Cruz and other republican candidates were also more precise in what they were bringing to the table. Saying you want to cut corruption and saying that you want to create more jobs, anyone can do, but saying it and doing it, are two very different things - Trump has no record of being able to do either in political circles and if we are to take his business ventures as proof, do bear in mind how many times he went bankrupt, how he failed to respond to market changes and fluctuations as well as his own corruption (i.e. not paying the taxes he should). Like anyone should, journalism should be consumed through many different medias and channels, but unfortunately Trump supporters have been extremely one-sided in their sources, largely relying on their significant others (be that on or off social media), Trump himself and Fox news (which we all know couldn't be more biased - although they have been more critical than ever before of a republican candidate - and if Fox is critical you know its bad). Electing a bigoted racist, who himself clearly states he does not even treat women well, and who has no political experience whatsoever, is just about the worst decision 20% of the American public could make.

As a president, every word you say will represent America to the international world. The language and hate directed from his speaking is NOT a representation of the American people. You might not be a racist or a sexist but if you stand behind someone that says sexist or racist things, it would be the same as saying, "I'm not racist or sexist. I just don't care how it impacts you because what he is saying doesn't affect me."
We can attack his policies and appointees too. He plans to put Ben Carson, who doesn't believe in public housing, as the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development. This man was a neurosurgeon before, with no experience in this area. He also wants to appoint Betsy DeVos, who strongly does not believe in public schooling. She wants to "bring back child labor" so that kids can start working early which sounds good but in reality it is simply keeping the poorer public uneducated so that they do not know what the government is doing. Governments have been doing that for centuries in order to stay in power so that the poor people don't realize how good life actually is.
So yes, we could attack him on his policies, many which he has gone back against, ex. pursuing Hillary in her email scandal, but the media decides to put his character out first because that is something that is much more easily understood than if you were to lecture someone about the importance of public schooling.

Calm down Sir, I'm trying to have a civil debate with you. I am not saying that he is perfect anywhere in my arguement. This is not something as simple as him being a business man or becoming manager at a local grocery. This is a job that will effect every single person in the US. Trump does not provide anything tangible at all - no plans no nothing. He is nothing more than a salesman who knows very little of the "product" he is selling. Clinton at the least was specific, it was something tangible. Cruz and other republican candidates were also more precise in what they were bringing to the table. Saying you want to cut corruption and saying that you want to create more jobs, anyone can do, but saying it and doing it, are two very different things - Trump has no record of being able to do either in political circles and if we are to take his business ventures as proof, do bear in mind how many times he went bankrupt, how he failed to respond to market changes and fluctuations as well as his own corruption (i.e. not paying the taxes he should).
Like anyone should, journalism should be consumed through many different medias and channels, but unfortunately Trump supporters have been extremely one-sided in their sources, largely relying on their significant others (be that on or off social media), Trump himself and Fox news (which we all know couldn't be more biased - although they have been more critical than ever before of a republican candidate - and if Fox is critical you know its bad).
Electing a bigoted racist, who himself clearly states he does not even treat women well, and who has no political experience whatsoever, is just about the worst decision 20% of the American public could make.

Also, it's hard to fault SNL when Trump is a much easier target.
