AmericanTrucks Ford do u have a upgraded exhaust or running stock still
Its crazy... you show dyno numbers and people still hate on it... I say the haters are just cheap or can't afford one. I would bet most people against them have never had one. Craziness, my truck likes the intake for sure. I actually have this model so I feel comfortable rating it.
Ive had 3 different air intake setups on my truck. Stock, K&N, an S@B. Have to say i love my S@B. It works great an the company stands behind you if you have any troubles with a dealership trying to void your warranty because u put on a intake they will back you.
I like the design of the straight intake inlet over the stock deep bend, also like the overall size of the intake box compared to stock...

I like the look of this CAI, but I am skeptical of the dyno results. I have a 2017 Ford Raptor, can I expect any improvements in HP, Torque, or MPG? Has anyone done a before/after dyno on a 3.5L Raptor with this intake?

I just installed this in my 2019 f150 and i like the way the turbo sounds louder and i you feel more response when accelerating... i still need to check about the gas consume but totally recommend it!!!

Did you have a hard time to install it I just got mine in I have a 2019 f150 limited seems my factory inline tube are to long so it not connected to it properly
I'm confused. It seems like the factory intake is a cold air intake. Other than changing the paper filter, what's the difference? Is the test truck already tuned? I'm having a hard time with the dyno numbers. Seems like a very generous dyno.

I thought that you were going to do a dyno run? I wouldn't have watched the install if i had known that you weren't doing a dyno run after the install.
Do you have to remove the inlet tube in order to replace or clean the filter?
I really like this product I want it in my 2020 f-150 but that size won't fit for mine
Is there no place proved to resecure the sensor harness that was attached to the factory airbox? I see it still draped across the master cylinder at the end of the install.

What did you guys do with the harness that attached to the back of the factory air box? Last I saw in the video it was still laying on top of the brake reservoir.

@@bigeasy2187 he never rerouted the harness. It's connected, but never resecured like the stock airbox.
Anyone watching this wondering the same question, I just installed this and there are holes on the back of the box for the harness to attach to.
I just don’t see how any CAI is better than stock. The piping looks the same. Only thing different is the K&N filter

@@illduitmyself but I want to take advantage of incoming air from my ram air hood above it! How can I make that work out? Or is the ram air hood air coming from the outside just cooling the engine bay air?
