We all stumble, brother. The fact that you know you've fallen shows you've got the spirit working in you. The Bible says in 1st John 1:7 'and the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin...' Let's continue to abide in him so that when we fall, or stumble, we'll cry unto him for help...we believe he will never forsake us if we come to him for help. If we relax and continue in our sinful ways then we'll grief the Holy Spirit and that will be catastrophic for us.

@@Brotheral-pb1oj Dr. R.C. Sproul and John Calvin taught from the Bible. Both were biblical. Moreover, the Doctrine of Election and the Doctrine of Predestination are biblical. Romans 8:30-31 Amplified Bible (AMP)
And those whom He predestined, He also called; and those whom He called, He also justified [declared free of the guilt of sin]; and those whom He justified, He also glorified [raising them to a heavenly dignity]. @rhondae8222 I prefer to lack understanding, than to understand that God Almighty has the nature of a fleshly man, that He would deliberately choose to save a few and deliberately damn the majority. That sounds like something that a fleshly man would do. Do you really want to accuse God Almighty of being that malevolently flippant? Think about it!

@Brotheral-pb1oj if you believe the bible is the inerrant word of God, I too (speaking the truth in lovel) humbly remind you, PREDESTINATION and ELECTION is clearly scriptural. Whether we agree or not on its ethics. Moreover, if we choose some and neglect other bible verses, we will fall prey to deception and Satan's lies.

    • @Brotheral-pb1oj
      @Brotheral-pb1oj Месяц назад

@stephenwan6415 Predestination and Election are absolutely true. Yet not in the sense that calvinists teach it. I agree with you that we cannot choose some scriptures and ignore others. Another thing: No one verse nullifies another verse. So we have to rightly divide the Word. Let me give you an example. Let's look at 2nd Peter chapter 3 verse 9. It clearly states that it is God's will that non should perish. You can't exegete this verse incorrectly. It is plain and clear. Now let's take a verse that seems to promote determinism before the foundation of the world. ( You can choose whatever verse you like on election and/or predestination.) No matter how much you think that your verse promotes determinate election or predestination, you CANNOT just nullify 2nd Peter chapter 3 verse 9. This verse is just as much the Word of God as your choice of verses on election and predestination. Neither can I nullify your verses. So what should we do. From my side of the aisle I have to weigh the clarity of my scripture as opposed to the clarity of election. Well if my scripture is clear and cannot be interpreted in any other way than what it is clearly saying, being that I cannot nullify your scripture, then I have to use context and narrative to exegete the true meaning of election and predestination scripture is really saying, in a manner that it does not contradict my preference of scripture. And this works vice-versa as well. My point: One verse never nullifies another verse. Context and narrative is important in all exegetions. In short you cannot teach determinate election and predestination without explaining 2nd Peter chapter 3 v 9 and neither can I teach 2nd Peter chapter 3 verse 9 without explaining the true meaning of election and predestination.

Now I don't know how far you've got to get to where you are absolute in never coming back. I've never been so far away that the Holy Spirit didn't keep drawing me back. How many times can that happen to a believer? I can speak from experience..........I just don't know. Even when I was away from God, I could feel Him perpetually prodding me. I could not escape it.

I see your point! Yet what you are saying is that the bible is not saying what it is appearing to be saying about departing from the living God. There are more scriptures that clearly state that one can indeed, make void one's salvation. However, I humbly suggest to you that this issue is not the most deadly issue. To be taught that Christ DID NOT die for the sins of ALL humanity is the the HERESY THAT WILL LEAD TO DAMNATION, because this doctrine, nullifies The Grace, Mercy, and Love that God has for ALL. It paints a picture of God that is created from the natural intellect of man and not from the God whose thoughts and ways are HIGHER than ours. This doctrine also hinders the purpose of God calling believers to be witnesses and bear fruits, and to be lights in this world, for the purpose of drawing people to Christ. Matthew chapter 5 verse 16 . I encourage you to consider the implications of the True character of God that this doctrine is promoting. I offer to you that God has no respect of persons. Romans chapter 2 verse 11. And that He desires ALL to be born-again, and not only that, He desires those of us who are saved to be witnesses of His salvation through faith in Christ for the salvation of our souls in the hopes that whosoever will, shall come to Christ by faith for the salvation of their souls that they shall not perish when they leave this world. To reject this is to reject the Gospel of Christ. You actually do have a choice!

    • @johnhoffman8203
      @johnhoffman8203 2 месяца назад +2

Thank you for your reply. If one can make void one's salvation then that is indeed critical. You have to realize that we are tri part as God is, we are spirit (intuition, conscience, and communicator), soul (intellect, emotion, will), body (blood, flesh, bone). All three died in the garden (death means separation) and all three must be redeemed. The spirit at rebirth, the body at the rapture, and the soul either at the judgement seat of Christ or at the end of the Millennium. Read 1 Thes 5.23. The spirit (calling) rebirth is irrevocable per Romans 11.29 and other verses. The soul is our choice by sanctification to pursue or not and the inheritance comes by it per Acts 20.32/26.18. Justification is the first step and one can lose his soul/be blotted out of which you referred to about losing your salvation. Total salvation is acquired when one is serving Christ in a glorified body (flesh and bone animated by the Holy Spirit) in the Millennium for 1K years. This is being chosen and many are called but few are chosen. Scripture is about salvation of the soul per 1 Pt 1.9, Hebrews 10.39, and James 1.21. The kingdom is what Christ is king of and what He taught on Earth to Israel, but they rejected it and Him per Mt 21.43. We are that nation and must produce fruit. This is obscure in scripture because the kingdom isnt taught and must be strived for and nobody wants that/reward plus or minus. God bless.

In the past I believed that one can lose one salvation but when I read the Gospel of John specifically ch 6, 10 and 17 my opinions changed. Jesus came to do the Father's will. He came to preach repentance, he came to obey the law, he came to heal the blind and sick, he cast out demons, he came to save the elect given to him by the Father and finally he promised he will not lose any of them. One who believes one can lose their salvation forget 1) the relationship we have with God in our walk, 2) that our faith is only maintained by God's grace and 3) that God loves us and will never abandon us. @@Kman. Thanks for your question. I am not saying that there were. or not, any clear citations in early Christian times writings showing that the belief in once saved always saved was then a currently held position. Just from a scholarly perspective, I and many others would like to be able to consult such references. It would be a monumental task to scour the writings for such citations. But, surely, there must be indices somewhere that one could consult. It would be a useful team project for students, and faculty, at the two Westminster seminaries to undertake; one could take the Latin and the other the Greek. The first place I would start would be with Migne's Patrologiae cursus completus, which published the Greek and the Latin texts. Fortunately for the students, the complete collection, which runs to maybe 400 folio volumes, is available on the Haithi Trust . There are examples of English translations, in whole or in part, of some of the writings. Other scholarly aids would be those scholarly works, from the 20th century, which reproduce the Latin or Greek, translated into any number of European languages. It would be very interesting to see the results of the investigations. Now, whether a quotation is grounded in the Word is a different and discussion. But first we have to have the citations.

Be born again and study the Bible. Context, context, context. History and theology. Let the Spirit of God illuminate the Word and ask for wisdom and knowledge. Denied yourself and carry your cross. Don’t practice sin. Be righteous and holy as God. We will fail. But God never fails. The triune God has the power to save who He wants saved. Have faith in His Word. And don’t doubt His power. Read the scripture and you will find out that once saved, always saved. If you are a true born again christian you will see that it’s Gods promise to save who he wants to save. I doubted too. But now as a follower of Jesus Christ, I now see in His Word clearly that we are sealed by the Holy Spirit till the day, he returns. And there’s plenty of verses in the Scriptures, but that’s why read the history, and who the authors is speaking to and how can we apply this to ourselves and let’s not take the word out of context we cannot play fast and loose with the text.

Our good works are as filthy rages, the Bible makes it quite clear to divide the word of Truth. Essentially, we must strive to be Holy and turn from Sin, However we cannot do this perfectly, and no acts or works will ever aid us into entering the Kingdom. Our acts, and works, motivations are based on if we are TRULY saved, many do not understand this. A good tree will bear good fruit, a bad tree will bear bad fruit. Salvation is a supernatural work of God, Grace is unmerited favor, this cannot be earned.

Harold.... and anyone else who believes Ephesians 4:30 says that we cannot lose our Salvation.
Use Rule #1 in interpreting a scripture verse. READ THE VERSES IMMEDIATELY SURROUNDING THE VERSE.
25 Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak the truth, each one to his neighbor, for we are members one of another. 26 Be angry but do not sin; do not let the sun set on your anger,[k] 27 and do not leave room for the devil. 28 The thief must no longer steal, but rather labor, doing honest work[l] with his [own] hands, so that he may have something to share with one in need. 29 No foul language should come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for needed edification, that it may impart grace to those who hear.
30 And do not grieve the holy Spirit of God, with which you were sealed for the day of redemption.[m]
31 All bitterness, fury, anger, shouting, and reviling must be removed from you, along with all malice. 32 [And] be kind to one another, compassionate, forgiving one another as God has forgiven you in Christ.
If you think that we cannot lose our salvation, all these verses before and after verse 30 tell us a list of things that Christians are required to do. Jesus continually calls people to repent. If he is not calling us to repent, or if he is only calling us to repent until we "have faith", then what is he actually saving us from? ONLY eternal damnation? I want to be saved in order to have unity with my Lord now. How do I do that? He tells me - deny myself, take up my cross and follow Him. Learn what love truly is - it is a sacrifice - he gave us the ultimate example. Be like Him. Don't worry about whether or not I am "saved", but just do His will.
Protestanism has focused too much on what "salvation" means and has in turn helped people to lose focus on what is the most important commandment.

Yes, if one is spirit reborn/called/justified per Jn 3.3 then he is preserved and never lost. The issue here is sainthood and the theory that rebirth means sainthood which is not true per Romans 1.7, that those called are to work to become saints per 2 Thes 2.13/14, through salvation of the soul per 1 Pt 1.9, Heb 10.39, and James 1.21. It is the saints that are sealed and never lost as their inheritance is guaranteed per Ephesians chpt 1.. It is preservation of the saints if you are a saint.

Can a believer become an unbeliever? and still be saved? Like in John 6:66 where disciples decided not to walk with Jesus anymore.
Can you be severed from Christ? and fall from grace? and still be saved Gal 5:4
Can you depart from the faith, give heed to deceitful spirits and doctrine of demons and still be saved?
Can I walk in darkness and still be saved? or must I walk in the light? 1 John 1:6-7
Can I be saved and not obey the commandments of the Lord? read 1 John
Can I walk in the flesh and still be saved? fornication, adultery, etc......never ever repent and still be saved? or must I walk in the Spirit? Romans 8
Can I go to heaven and not do the will of the Father? Matt 7:21
We are saved by faith, an obedient faith, not a dead faith and we become children of God by faith when we are baptized into Christ, when we put Christ on, Gal 3:26-27

How do we know, or how can we be assured? 2 Pe 1:10 says the responsibility is on us. I really believe Reformed doctrine falls short here exactly the same way i believe entire sanctification falls short... I've never known one person with a so-called second baptism who is perfect or can be. Now I'm not saying we should just throw in the towel and give up because we can't... the Bible says it is our responsibility to be perfect. We can't do it but we're still called to have the right attitude. Those who decided everything was ok & just gave up on their faith... those people along with the people who never knew Christ are in jeopardy. The blasphemers are already writing me comparing their life to mine but the difference is easy to see if they just weren't under the delusion they are under... partly of their own doing and partly because God promised if they refuse Him He would give them over.

There are plenty of "churches" out there today who are seeing this scattering of the sheep. Standing firm on the Truth of Gospel, I have been run off from churches through the decades, but I still confess Christ And Him crucified for my sins.
I suppose some of the people at these churches made a judgment about my spiritual condition, simply because I'm no longer there. But the bible also tells us that God will keep us from falling away completely because he promised to protect us. Which is what this text is clearly doing. The question should not be: can a man lose his salvation? The question must be: can a man be still saved if he continue on sinning?
~• Don't be deceived, we should pay attention and take seriously the warning about the righteous that turns back to being wicked, given to the house of Israel in Ezekiel chapter 18, verses 24 to 26, which say, "But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live? All his righteousness that he hath done shall not be mentioned: in his trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them shall he die. Yet ye say, The way of the Lord is not equal. Hear now, O house of Israel; Is not my way equal? are not your ways unequal? When a righteous man turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and dieth in them; for his iniquity that he hath done shall he die."
We will perish if we keep on sinning. We can't fool God. Rather, let's serve God by obeying His ways and remaining faithful until the end even through hardships and trials. May your eyes see, may your ears hear. Amen.

No one is saved until after death.
21 But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.
22 All his transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him: in his righteousness that he hath done he shall live.
23 Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord GOD: and not that he should return from his ways, and live?
24 But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live? All his righteousness that he hath done shall not be mentioned: in his trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them shall he die. Ezek 18:21-24 (KJV)
9 Wherefore we LABOUR, that, whether present or absent, we may be ACCEPTED of him.
10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
11 Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.
not for the purpose of boasting
12 For we commend not ourselves again unto you, but give you occasion to glory on our behalf, that ye may have somewhat to answer them which glory in appearance, and not in heart. 2 Cor 5:9-12 (KJV)
    Amen

"pastors" sometimes use the "..but they were not of us" after they bully a believer out of their congregation. The "us" John is referring to is the Apostolic doctrine once for all given to the saints - it refers to supposed churches not being part of the True Church.

But the person has to do his own action and decision of going back to the fold because God has given us free will to make choices and consequences of our decisions.

Read Rev. 3:20, Jesus knocking on the door, if any man hear my voice and open the door …… Again, your free will or your choice will decide. My situation may be unique, BUT... I was saved while in the process of being electrocuted while working in a high voltage substation. I literally HEARD the voice of my SHEPHERD TELL me that I was saved. I FELT the warm oil of the HOLY SPIRIT slowly wash over me from head to toe. Then I FELT JESUS literally GRAB MY WRIST and PULL my arm away, breaking the circuit that had paralyzed me so that I COULDN'T escape on my own!! Even though I didn't have the Bible at that time, HIS SPIRIT taught me things and changed me from the inside out. I wasn't even aware until people started asking me why was I suddenly so different?? Years later, I was rewiring a factory complex and the manager kept asking me to go to his Church. Finally I accepted. It was Calvary Chapel Philadelphia. There, I discovered the Scriptures (if you know anything about Calvary, it's ALL about the Scriptures!! 😃). I was blown away that I was reading the very same truths that the Holy Spirit had told me years ago!! 😳 As I got deeper and deeper into the Scriptures, the Spirit taught me more and more. HE, through me, led a very successful home fellowship. HE even miraculously brought me to Israel, where I had a vision of the end times while overlooking the plain of Megiddo. I now understood how GOD'S Spirit gave HIS word to man. Also, I understood the process of being "taken away by the Spirit"... this vision was not like a dream... I WAS in another place!! In fact, before I SAW anything, I SMELLED and HEARD it first!!! All while at the same time looking around me at the other people totally oblivious to what was going on. I kept trying to say "LOOK!! DON'T YOU SEE THAT COMING!! CAN'T YOU HEAR??" but my lips could not move. That's when I realized what was happening. Am I writing this 🤔 to say how great I am? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I'm writing this to say that even though I was a Born Again, Spirit filled Believer whom GOD was using in powerful ways (which was basically the whole decade of the 1990's) I fell. Hard. My Marriage broke up, I lost my business, I was in trouble with the IRS and I began following after my flesh. I became addicted to it, actually. I was an adulterer of the first degree!! I WAS kicked out of Calvary Chapel. Even though I was mad about it, I knew that they were right. But it didn't change my hard headed mind!! No, I was loving my new lifestyle!! Long story short, I remarried. A relationship that was adulterous and lustful at the beginning blossomed into real Love. She was a wonderful woman that was strong on the outside, but tormented and beaten up on the inside. She was even strongly contemplating suicide when I met her. I showed her unconditional, unfailing, supportive Love. She would tell me that NO one ever loved her like that, not even her parents! I would tell her that it was only because GOD loved me that I was even able to love her like that. However, I was still a VERY carnal Christian!! It wasn't until GOD suddenly took her away from me that I broke and realized how far I had fallen. I watched her die and the grief was overwhelming. I don't even remember leaving the hospital, or how I managed to get home. I was literally in shock!! For two years, I cried most every day, heartbroken in my grief!!! Ohhhh, how I looooved her!!! BUT GOD... my favorite words!! HE called me back to HIM. HE picked me up off the ground, cleansed me and restored me!! Then HE offered me HIS Hand to walk with HIM on the path that HE has ordained. I was apostate for about 23 years... I'm certain that many, many people that I had known THOUGHT that I had lost my Salvation, BUT GOD wouldn't let that happen!! I am happy to say that I have returned to my First Love... and I'm happily walking that path with HIM. Older, but wiser... wise enough to always be near to HIM, wise enough to KNOW that there is NO other way!! Always remember, with man, things are impossible, but WITH GOD ALLLLL things are possible!! Leave the judgement to HIM!! Pray and CARE for one another!! If someone has fallen away, be open to them. Pray EARNESTLY for them, even if it takes YEARS!! 🙏

Where is all the adding to, which GOD ALMIGHTY hates, coming from, especially in these last of the last days? As GOD ALMIGHTY has said, we MUST endure in this race in HOLINESS, in RIGHTEOUSNESS, being PERFECT, as HE, until our end, then win! We can believe man, or HIM who holds ALL POWER, including our last breath, in HIS Hand! More-and-more, I understand why HE had to shorten the days! More-and-more, I understand why the RIGHTEOUS shall SCARCELY be saved! That "Once saved always saved" lie has SURELY caused that growing increase in the mockery being made of GRACE through faith in Christ JESUS of Nazareth, and that growing number of "Depart from me" castaways! And when those are done, God has to accept you back. Salvation by faith, yes, but plus good works which goes against Ephesians 2:8,9 which states: "NOT by works in case anyone should boast."

What about Adam and Eve God clearly gave them a free choice if God (and he knew already) they were going to fall than did he already predestined them to go to Hell before they fell OR did God choose them to be saved and the rest of Mankind to choose who will go to heaven or hell???, I am really doing my head in just trying to think about this which would say to me Calvin was preaching heresy...Free Grace of Jesus Christ is indeed free and simple!

@Robbie-vu6pl Good comment! Genesis 6:6 debunks Calvinism's false teaching that He "predestined" everything including the fall of man, sin, and evil. Calvinists also believe that God created man and then INTENTIONALLY predestined his fall and predestined sin and evil. If that is true, then it makes no logical sense for God to feel regret and be deeply troubled afterwards. Hence, the errant belief that God predestined the fall of man is debunked and blown out of the water.
Genesis 6:6 - The Lord REGRETTED that he had made human beings on the earth, and his heart was DEEPLY TROUBLED.
If YOU create something and then intentionally engineer it for FAILURE, THEN YOU SHOULD NOT BE FEELING REGRET AND BE TROUBLED AFTERWARDS. If you deliberately and intentionally create a passenger airliner where it will explode in mid air killing hundreds of passengers, then you would not be feeling regret and be troubled afterwards. I mean after all, you created it to explode, why would you feel regret and be troubled afterwards?
Calvinism's wicked teaching that God predestined man's fall, sin, and evil is based upon a perverted understanding of such passages like Isaiah 45:7 and Amos 3:6. However, the context of those passages is clearly explained by many passages in the book of Jeremiah and other Old Testament books. The passages in those books explain that God brings evil, disaster, and calamity upon nations and people when they are living in disobedience, unfaithfulness, and wickedness. God brings those things upon nations and individuals as punishment and as a wake up call. These passages include Jeremiah 16:10-12, Jeremiah 5:19, 2 Chronicles 7:21-22, 1 Kings 9:8-9, etc.
Calvinism's demonic teaching makes God the author of sin and evil and in essence exonerates Satan and man. There is double talk and contradiction in Calvinism regarding whether or not God is the author of sin and evil. Calvinism's wicked teaching is a direct attack on the true nature and character of God. God's foreknowledge of the Inquisition, the Holocaust, Pearl Harbor, Dec 7, 1941, the Rape of Nanking 1937, and the 9/11 Terrorist attacks does NOT equal to God intentionally and deliberately making those atrocities happen. Those atrocities happened due to the innate evil and wickedness of men's hearts.
James 1:13-14 - When tempted, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” FOR GOD CANNOT BE TEMPTED BY EVIL, NOR DOES HE TEMPT ANYONE; but each person is tempted when they are dragged away BY THEIR OWN EVIL DESIRE and enticed.
Jeremiah 7:30-31 - “‘The people of Judah have DONE EVIL in my eyes, declares the Lord. They have set up their detestable idols in the house that bears my Name and have defiled it. They have built the high places of Topheth in the Valley of Ben Hinnom to burn their sons and daughters in the fire-SOMETHING I DID NOT COMMAND, NOR DID IT ENTER MY MIND.
Jeremiah 19:5 - They have built the high places of Baal to burn their children in the fire as offerings to Baal-SOMETHING I DID NOT COMMAND OR MENTION, NOR DID IT ENTER MY MIND.
Jeremiah 32:35 - They built high places for Baal in the Valley of Ben Hinnom to sacrifice their sons and daughters to Molek, though I NEVER COMMANDED -NOR DID IT ENTER MY MIND-that they should do such a detestable thing and so make Judah sin. The Bible teaches John 3:16, NOT "John Calvin 3:16".

The Bible does not teach a formula of discovery so that an individual may have confidence that they are saved. The Bible teaches that we are saved by Faith alone and anyone who teaches that any person instead can know their salvation is assured is lying from a heart of pride. Saying that you know you are saved is the same as claiming that, by the power of your own intellect, you are responsible for your own salvation. People, a Christian is called to perfect their Faith through the most intimate of relationships with the Father. There is no secret formula or steps of logic and reasoning to be found by the intellect that circumvents the Creators prerequisite. If a person can know, then trust/faith becomes redundant. Don't be fooled by theologians who have claimed there is a way to know. As humans, we seek assurance to avoid faith. The reality is that no assurance of anything is given in this life - every single human who ever lived, Christian and non Christian, can testify to that.

It's God Himself who planned for their salvation and He Himself will accomplish it.
He planned the salvation and will accomplish it through Jesus Christ whom He prepared in advance for the sons of the promise.
It was sin "Satan" who made them lost but Jesus Christ came for them.
God forgives their sin for His own sake (Isaiah 43:25), to gain glory/praise.

Secondly, if anyone would truly be honest they would admit that there is no way we can absolutely know the answer to this question. I have received Jesus Christ by faith through the cross of Calvary by the blood that Jesus shed on the cross for remission of sins, we are all regardless still sinners who live in a sinful world, we must constantly confess our sins and repent of our sins it is a lifelong daily journey, what we should all do if we are going to name the name of Christ if we are going to be followers of Christ,

A person who says “I believe” but doesn’t believe in will fall away. A person who actually does believe savingly will hear and respond to the warnings in Scripture because the word of God is how God keeps Christians on the path and preserves them.

"Fast, repent and pray"...yes. If you keep sinning and don't repent, you will feel less and less guilt about sinning until you no longer feel any guilt. When this hapoens, you have lost your SALVATION. God didn't take your SALVATION, you walked away from it.

Just 1 here. @clelladams2326 when Christ was asked "which is the greatest Commandment" He didn't answer with 1, but 2: love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength and the second is love your neighbor (and a neighbor is any human other than yourself) as much as you love yourself. God has 1 system of meadure, 1 standard, His standard. So if you had an old fashioned scale and put God's love in the of Father, Son and Spirit amongst themselves on 1 side and your love of them on the other, you fail. You must love God to His standard...perfectly, consciously and constantly AND love every human as much as you love yourself...again, it's compared to God's love, not your estimation. You fail. 1 sin is enough for hell. ALL mankind fell into sin because of the original sin...Adam took a bite of a piece of fruit he wasn't supposed to. That 1 act of disobedience, taking a bite was SO BAD that ALL humanity was cursed. So...if you think you keep the standard of God, A) you are completely prideful and fail anyway and B) you wouldn't need Christ because you'd be perfect and you're not

However, if you want to take the "all" in your hermeneutics as the entire planet, unsaved and saved... because there are 2 possibilities for the all: believers only or everyone. If it is the second option then we must use other Scripture to see the outcomes. The passage was speaking about death/afterlife, so believers will be changed into a body without sin to be able to fully enjoy the paradise without the capability to ever sin again and enjoy the Lord. The non believers will be changed into a body that can be tortured eternally in hell... specially fitted to take extreme punishment without ever the possibility of fading out nor any possibility of salvation

I figured out that Jesus saved everyone.
Romans 5:18-20 says that Jesus's work on the cross nullifies Adam's curse.
Adam sold everyone into slavery but Jesus's work on the cross is so much more than Adam's evil act.
The more sin there is the more grace abounds.
You Christians think you are good because you accept Jesus as Lord and Savior, but you're not good at all.
Which of you is doing any good works?
You accept Jesus's work on the cross but the Bible says everyone is going to bow the knee and confess Christ as Lord.
The Bible says everyone will make an allegiance to God.
God will not deny who He is just because you sin.
God is so much bigger than that.
He will NEVER remember your sins.

Reformed theology teaches that God chose from the beginning who was going to heaven and who was going to hell! It teaches that God ordained everything that ever happened on this earth bad or good.
It teaches that man lost free will at the fall of Adam.
    All false teachings!
God is not in the respect of persons
If man lost it free will and the fall of Adam then please explain to me how God told Cain sin dwells at your door! You rule The scene or the sin will rule you and Cain went out and killed Abel! That's in the book of Genesis after the fall! Have a great day
But most of all if God chose from the beginning who was going to heaven and who was going to hell then he didn't need to send his son to die on the cross! It was totally uncalled for! Reform theology is totally bogus

I think what Sproul seems to miss is that if God perseveres for us then there is no perseverance. Jesus should have said “those who I persevere for to the end shall be saved”
If “once saved always saved” was true, Satan would never have fallen nor would Adam or Eve because all three started out in perfect relationship with God which is the end game of salvation. And yet, all three turned away from their inheritance.
