Nah. The are seele and default sam skill are not that different quality wise only different focus. Sam skill only had fifferent focus like different mechanical part i.e fire combustion on her chest, knee and shoulder jet boost etc. It is not that simple

firefly's enhanced skill animation does make sense tho, cause it's the attack that has the most oomph from her skillset just like dhil's fully charged BA needs a lot of oomph, or jingliu's enhanced skill etc but yeah maybe the real powercreep of hsr will be the animation powercreep lmao

It is balanced out. Like for Yunli, her Ult literally only buffs up her sword, so of course her Counter will be super flashy.
